Very quick response and delivery to my request for replacement padding around the trampoline! Still have to fit it but don’t anticipate any problems.

From start the finish the transaction was faultless. The sales support when ordering really gave us peace of mind that we were choosing the right trampoline for our family. We were kept up to date on when the trampoline would be arriving with us and it arrived when they said it would.

Despite a minor problem with the trampoline, Lili quickly rectified the issue. All good.

We had an 11x8ft ground trampoline installed. The guys did an excellent job. Arrived when they said they would, friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Job was done really quickly and they left the garden nice and tidy, despite the amount of earth they had to dig out!

Rang up before purchase as I had very specific requirements for my autistic son the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. When ordered was told it would take 5 working days but took a day longer but was over bank holiday, was delivered 2 hours before delivery time but luckily someone was in to take order. Easy to install did it by myself took 3 hours approx. The mat was faulty but a new one was delivered within the week. Looks amazing and my son's very Happy. When I had issues the staff were very professional and friendly sorting the issues straight away. Only had the trampoline month but so far so good😊

Five star service. Ordered online (very simple) and all information relating to the product and the delivery was clear and accurate. This was followed up, as expected, with a phone call to finalise delivery. It was a great customer experience.

SUPERB! DON’T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! Very very happy children! Brilliant trampoline, easiest built and the bit I always dread, fitting the enclosure. This one, easy. Zips on the trampoline, tabs hooks on the top of the poles. Couldn’t be any simpler if you tried. Amazing customer service! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so very much!

The springs started to fail on my son's brand new 12ft inground Capital Play tramp within just 3 months of regular use. I immediately examined all springs and noticed several were showing clear signs of corrosion and metal fatigue (others are about to break). Given there is a 5yr warranty on springs and mats, I fully expected Capital Play to honor my request for new springs. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and directs customers to email their "sales" team with questions. I was told (via email, since all calls go straight to voicemail) that I should expect springs to break. (OK, but there is a 5 year warranty on the springs!?) I was asked to send pictures to prove the tramp was properly installed/level and the springs were truly breaking/failing, which I did. (I was also asked if the primary user has autism, which he does; but his autism does not cause springs to corrode.) Since emailing my photos and providing answers to all their questions, Capital Play has not gotten back to me nor confirmed they are processing my warranty claim. (I have emailed several times to ask for an update - all ignored - and have left a voicemail on their unmanned phone line.)
FYI, their spring spec is not universal. The hooks are longer/larger than standard trampoline springs to fit in their wider, presumably sturdier frames. This may be a design flaw that leads to early metal fatigue. (It's easier to break a long stick than a short one, just saying.) All I want/need from them at this point is a set of replacement springs. In the meantime, I have a VERY expensive, unusable tramp with a 5/10 year useless warranty (but it looks very nice in my backyard); a tramp my autistic son cannot use given the springs are broken/breaking --- after only 3 months of use.

The consultation, purchase, delivery were all a little borderline in my opinion as it forked off immediately to WhatsApp (?) with a sales rep, who promptly dropped the dialogue and the delivery partner was all over the place saying they were going to deliver in two different drops but couldn't say when (this is a 14x10 ft trampoline!) I had to go back to the sales team to get my consultation and purchase process going again and then also chase the delivery - despite the blurb saying that you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for delivery. I ultimately received a faulty jump mat and immediately contacted Capital Play.
Since posting here, Capital Play promptly sent out a replacement jump mat and the children are now bouncing happily - to my relief!

I can't rate the customer service and trampoline highly enough! The trampoline has been up and jumped upon for a week but seeing how much joy it's brought to children and adults of the household since then, makes me wish we had got in much sooner! Every single person in the Capital Play team I have dealt with in the course of buying and having the trampoline installed has been incredible! THANK YOU!

An excellent service from start to finish! So glad I used Capital Play. We bought the 12ft round sunken trampoline.

Ordered trampoline at 5pm on Tuesday. Trampoline delivered and installed at 2pm on Wednesday in time for daughter's birthday. I know we were lucky but the whole process was very easy and it's a great trampoline.

From start to finish Capital Play were brilliant. Site visit improved our original plan, installation was smooth running, tidy, faultless. The team were friendly, polite, helpful & accommodating. Definitely recommend Capital Play with 5*

Expensive trampolines that work well.

But the Trampoline pad doesn't last (and is £285 to replace) - ours stated degrading badly within 5 years and by 7 years was ruined. Capital Play are not interested as they say there is not any warranty on this.

Only buy if prepared for more big costs

I feel the materials used for outside use are poor.

I highly recommend Sam and his team. They were friendly, and wen over and above the job they were paid to do. A great experience with Capital play and very happy with the trampoline
