Total scam, Took money for a same day delivery - never fulfilled the order.
Refusing to refund the purchase.

Stay away, they don't return emals or phone calls - same day delivery is unture they aren't even based in NZ.

All orders are through a call centre where they screen calls - KEEP YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE LOCAL!!

I would go zero.

Sadly I didn't do my due diligence on these guys before I went ahead and posted an order. Fooled by the well presented website... I have ordered flowers for my wife every month for almost 4 years. Even when there have been issues in the past companies have always made it right and ensured that the delivery happened on the day it was ordered for.

Never has a company let me down so badly. They just didn't turn up. Call centre don't answer, online chat doesn't respond. Absolutely avoid.

Misleading scam. Paid for same day deliver and the flowers still haven't arrived 2 days later.

Ordered flower for delivery the next day for a birthday, they were delivered to the wrong address at 6:45pm in the evening. Will not refund money. Worst company ever

Like everyone else here, bloomex failed to deliver as promised - indeed, as contractually obligated.
One phone call and four emails asking for refund but not refunded until I disputed the credit card transaction.

Even if your flowers were finally delivered, you are still within your rights to get refund.

Give the bank your emails and other evidence showing them not meeting the contract and you asking order to be cancelled and refunded.

Here's my story:
I placed order for birthday flower delivery the next day,
The next day received email that they could not deliver.

Rang and got contact centre who could not cancel and refund but contact center said would get supervisor to phone.
No phone call from supervisor
I emailed four tines and received THREE refusals to refund! Here's an example:

"While we are unable to proceed with a refund at this stage, we can offer the following options to assist you..."

I submitted a dispute to my credit card company & it was only after repeatedly telling bloomex that I was disputing the transaction that I finally got my money back.
Here's their last attempt to not refund, (note that NOW they "can certainly cancel"):

"...We can certainly cancel your order; however, we would appreciate the opportunity to retain your valued business..."

I replied with:

"I have asked several times that the order be cancelled and refunded and you have refused again and again. 
I don't want any store credit or alternative service, I want my money back. "

They need to be shut down and any florist who works with them should be ASHAMED!

These people need to be held accountable for their scam of a business.
They told me their emails are ai generated.
I asked for the Teddy Bear to be Delivered that they left off the order and was told they do not deliver single items.

The flowers I ordered did not arrive at the time or at the address I requested. They were delivered to another address at 7pm on the same day. By then the intended purpose of sending the flowers had missed the mark. Then through the complaints process I received AI generated responses which never addressed the issue to resolution. 17 days after the initial complaint it remains open. Would never use again.

I should have checked their rating first. I can barely give a 1 star rating. I ordered flowers as a surprise for a friend who had had a rough week. Not only did Bloomex shift the delivery date, the contacted my friend to rearrange delivery... So where is the surprise? Also flowers 2 days in transit will not be the best when they finally arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, be warned.

Absolutely useless. Say they will deliver then say they cant. Sonf even offer a refund only a credit had to cancel my card as they are untrustworthy. DO NOT USE

Ordered a deluxe Sunshine Bliss arrangement and a full sized sympathy card, but what was delivered looked nothing like the bright flower arrangement in the picture. What was delivered was a bunch of greenery with a couple of flowers and very little colour. The full sized card ended up being a hand written note, not even a card.
I complained about the difference and was asked to send photos and I did.
I advised that I would like what I actually paid for to be delivered and that's the last I heard from them. DO NOT use Bloomex NZ. They do not deliver what they advertise and then hide once an issue is raised. I will never use them again.

A bloody ripoff! DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX !! We paid an extra $40 for the supersize and only got the small one delivered ...a day late ...I have messaged them and have been fobbed off. What a RIPOFF ! Support any other NZ company but def not this one

they didn;t send it the same day then it was sent to the orderer not the recipient. will not refund . so angry

These flowers are disgusting and a total rip-off for the price paid. Will never use or suggest bloomex for flowers ever again. They are a scam... The flowers don't look anything like the picture advertised..

If anyone else is scammed, please also report them to the commerce commission under the Fair Trading Act for false advertisement.

Their website photos do not match their actual product at all.

I received flowers for my birthday from a friend. They arrived the day before, not on the day but better early than late I guess.
There were 3 x red roses, 1 x alstroemeria and 1 x piece of greenery. They came with 2 x small chocolate bars. Total cost $86.18.
Absolute joke as the flowers weren't anywhere near fresh and were dying the next day. I could go to the supermarket and buy an enormous bunch of flowers for that price and they would last more than 1 day.
This company is without a doubt the worst floral company I've ever come come across, stay well away from them

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Bloomex. I spent $140 on what was advertised as a deluxe bouquet, but when my sister received it for her birthday, it looked like a regular-sized arrangement and did not match the image on the website at all. For the price I paid, the flowers looked cheap and underwhelming — honestly, I could have bought a much better bouquet from a supermarket in New Zealand, or where I currently live, for half the cost.
What made the experience even worse was how my complaint was handled. Instead of refunding the amount I paid for a product that was clearly not as advertised, Bloomex offered me $25 in store credit. That’s not a real resolution. The flowers were meant to be a birthday gift, so offering store credit after the fact is useless — I can’t send another gift a day later, and there weren’t any suitable replacement flowers or gifts available for that amount anyway.
To top it off, Bloomex charges $15 shipping, which means the so-called compensation was effectively only $10 in usable credit. After spending $140, receiving a bouquet that looked nothing like what I paid for, and then being offered such a poor solution, I feel completely let down. I would not recommend Bloomex based on both the quality of the product and the way customer complaints are handled.

Do not purchase from here. The flowers delivered were not even close what was advertised. Their customer service is awful with automated emails and no one to call.
The box they came in was more impressive than the flowers.
Would only offer replacing or a $20 store credit as ‘goodwill’. Neither of which were appropriate

I would not use this company again. The flowers didn't resemble the advertised image, with a lot of foliage not seen in the online images and damaged blooms. An absolute rip off!
