I was a little apprehensive leaving my cherished work car (Black Golf Jamaican Flag) based on previous reviews. However, I was surprised to find my car as I left it. I even called and thanked them.
Great communication on my arrival back in the uk and they picked me up quickly when I mentioned my disabled son. (I appreciate it) Will defo use again when I am travelling next year.

I struggle to believe why people are still using this company !! Avoid at all costs if you don't want your car back damaged. 5* reviews here are all fake. For real reviews check out Google reviews.

Terrible!
On the way the car that took at to airport was filthy! Driver constantly on the phone. One the way back waiting 45 minutes to be collected when was told 20-25 mins! Parking itself is like scrap yard! Avoid at all costs

We were on a long haul flight from Johannesburg so I allowed for the flight being late to avoid possible additional charges. Our flight was due to land at around 7 am but I added on 4 hours for safety. They ask for your flight number so would anyone disagree it's reasonable to assume they would track your arrival?

On phoning them a rude man asked me what time I'd booked for (ah, so you don't even have details of your own bookings?) He said to find the booking and ring him back and that they were very busy. Nice welcome back after a relaxing holiday (not!)

We were then crammed into a minibus with one of our cases taking up all my leg room. Had to wait a good while for them to bring our car round. Found they had disconnected all three leads to our dash cam and left them dangling (now why would they want to disconnect the dash cam I wonder? It doesn't set off any alarms so Bee Parking what were you trying to hide? You have no authority to disconnect my security system).

Sure, their prices are competitive but would you really like to have you and your vehicle treated this way? No way, I'll pay the extra next time.

I'm not happy that while my car was in their care they put 5 mile on it 😭 what would of happened if they crashed it? They should of only parked it , but more than that they altered the height and position of my steering wheel and removed my radio settings which I don't know how to get back... I have photos and encourage any using them to take photos when they drop their car off and on return... I'm now hoping no low emission fines ,speeding or parking tickets come through the post ....... And they charged an extra £12 for drop off / collection even though on the way in the minibus was full ....

I rang the company after collecting our luggage at arrivals, as requested. We had booked our pickup for 6.15am and called at 6.05am.

It took 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. We started driving back to the car park and he realised he’d forgotten a pick up so we had to go back to the airport again. It was an hour until we were finally on our way back to the cars.

Will not use again.

FIREWORKS in the car park! A lot of fake 5* reviews here. A lot claim 'no hidden fee, great' when in fact you have to pay £12 for an airport transport, adding a total of £24. This fee is nowhere advertised, not mentioned in the small print and no where else referred to.

We came back (made our own way via the 423 from T5 instead of paying £12 again) to fireworks being set off in the car park. There were lots of fireworks shells and a rocket on our car too. That's such a shame as it's Diwali today and with the current political unrest, this will just fuel the fire of hate again when a business like this sets of fireworks where customer cars are parked to celebrate their Diwali (We saw the family and friends celebrating around the fireworks.)

Makes me sad and mad at the same time and I hope the business learns to respect customers, run a transparent business and gets better instead of getting friends and family to write fake reviews!

When I turned up in my fairly new car I was gob smacked. Place has rubbish everywhere and cars are parked so close together, I can see why people complain about damage. Looked like a scrap yard not an airport parking site. Cars are parked outside the so called security gates
Was shouted at when I arrived as supposed to have phoned them before arriving. NB please be aware that on top of your parking charge they sting you an extra £12 for dropping off and picking up ( irrelevant of how may are being dropped off and collected.
If you don’t care about your car then book as cheap but I will never book here again. It ruined the first few days of my holiday worrying about my car 😳

Very average. Had to pay extra to be taken to the airport. Don't know where the car went while we were away (wish I'd checked the mileage) but the both front seats were wound back, radio was tuned into an Asian station and dash cam had been unplugged. Why?

I found out Bee Parking had driven my car without permission mid-holiday as I came back to a £90 ULEZ charge on at a time and day I was in the USA with my family. All setting changed in car. Stirring wheel and gear shifter oily. Terrible company!!

Not the best experience. First, we had to pay £12 airport fees- nothing was mentioned about that during booking. Then, a driver asked us about a tip- rather unusual.
On arrival, whoever picked up my call was rude and arrogant. Clearly, customer skills are lacking.
Saying that, drop off and pick up time were acceptable

I booked parking with this company due to the price and location to LHR airport and the fact they stated it’s a secure car park. When we arrived it was a tiny parking facility on an estate. I have a tracker in my car and the first night I saw the car being driven to Slough where it was parked on a street. At 22:30 it was driven to the Pizza Express in the High street. It was then returned to the street in Slough where it stayed for the rest of my holiday, only being moved back to the car park on the morning of my return. The dash cam had been disconnected so it wouldn’t record them driving it to Slough. The media unit had been removed from the dashboard and now will not remain there, making it unusable.
When I asked to see a manager all 4 different people I spoke to said there’s no one available. They would not help and they all insisted the car was in the car park. When I showed them pictures (my brother had taken) they all then said speak to a manager but wouldn’t give me his number or email and would not call him. I’ve sent an email but I’ve still had no response to this yet 3 days later.
Avoid this company like the plague. If I could’ve given a zero or minus review, trust me I would have.

Collected our car today after being away for 3+ weeks, only to find that the car had been gone through and our overnight bag from the night before hotel stay had been stolen from the boot area and 2 phone charging leads and 3 pairs of sunglasses had also been taken from the centre consul.
When we told them we just had a shrug of the shoulders and given an email address to contact.
Furthermore, when we dropped the car off to them, the "compound" was deserted, no staff at all there, no bus or driver and more worrying, another customers car was there unlocked, with the engine running and the keys in it! We were there for at least 15 minutes before any staff turned up, so he was lucky that his car was still there when he returned.
Avoid!

car got damaged while parked there, on arrival for pick up the car was washed and wet so I couldn't spot any scratches, when I got back home I've contacted the car parked but they said I have to provide pictures taken on their premises in order to be take in consideration and if any liability is accepted then I have to pay £750 excess so they can repair the damage. avoid!!!

Please do not give this company your time of day!

Rude staff. Issues using the web booking system. Late pick ups. And the biggie - using you car to drive around London into ULEZ zones!

Do not recommend. I booked this company as was in a hurry to find parking for a last minute flight (I usually use another very good company). We struggled to find the parking which is very much off site from the airport and down a residential lane. The parking lot itself was almost like a dirt track. We were then told it was an additional £12 for the shuttle bus to drop us off at the terminal. On arriving back late at 10pm it took them over 45 minutes to collect us from the airport, which is a long wait in the cold when you're tired from travelling all day. They then asked for a tip! I don't usually like to write negative reviews, particularly when it's a small business however they really ought to know what they are doing and I do believe they misrepresent themselves on the parking platforms. We definitely won't be using them again.

Left my car with Bee Parking and was then told there was a £12.00 charge to take us to and from the airport although they advertise it as a complimentary shuttle service. Arrived back and had to wait for an hour before being collected. My car was eventually brought to me but the front number plate mounting was hanging down and the number plate was damaged. The staff member suggested it could have been damaged before I left it there which was nonsense. I also notice a 6" scratch down the length of the wing mirror casing which again he said was done prior to me leaving the vehicle. He said he remembered seeing it when I dropped it off although it was pitch black at the time. Look, this was a cheap option which appealed to me but to suggest this is a reliable company is ridiculous. It is a one man band, he was ever present on site and when he left to go to the airport he locked up behind him. If you are going to leave a vehicle with them I would suggest taking plenty of photos. He was also quite rude when communicating with him on the phone and in person. He did give us an email address to write to their 'customer services' department but this would only go to him so what was the point.

I can't believe this company is still operating. All the positive reviews are generated by the company. The 20% of 1 star reviews are reflective of this business. They should be shut down.

£12 charge on arrival for airport access. Not made clear on booking. When called 25min before dropping car i was abruptly told I should've given 30min notice followed by some very indubitable instruction

Avoid at all costs if you can! They are very disrespectful, when you talk to them they just mumble something at you and if you ask again they get angry, when you’re on the phone with them they speak with multiple people at the same time. If you’re trying to rearrange anything, I called 2 days in advance to say I’m coming early, I was told ok ok, to call from the airport and when I called from the airport I was informed that I have to wait for at least an hour cause they didn’t know. And then they just told me that’s 20£ cause they needed to do extra work. When I said again that I called and it’s not my fault that they don’t discuss it between themselves, they just shouted and hang up on me! Extremely disrespectful and inconvenient
