I tried to amend my booking using their website , it wouldn't let me Rang them and they put the phone down 3 times . Looked on my e mails and found they had cancelled my booking
Tried to contact them for a refund and no joy . They do not respond to emails using their contact details on their website , then tried to talk to them on the contact number , again on the website, and found it was an answer machine , left message and am still awaiting a reply 3 weeks later . They don't care they have your money and no way are you going to get a refund. They give cowboys a bad name

Booked parking at Heathrow for the sum of £72 which was quite cheap and drop of Holiday Inn Heathrow, which o felt comfortable with.
However late in the evening I had a tx telling me to park in a another location, I Goggled Earth it and it was a field in the middle of nowhere, so spoke to someone who told me to send a cancellation notice to the Email address which I did I have never even received a tx or reply from them
I booked with Purple parking for £91 so not much more expensive
I contacted my Barclay card and had the money refunded

Turned up to find the "office" was just a table and chairs next to an old car, completely piled with papers.

They changed our drop-off location a few weeks before we left, and though I missed the email, the alternative setup was alarming. The second location was an old park car-park completely packed with vehicles. We had to leave our car and board a rundown mini-van with another couple, and were immediately forced to pay an unexpected £14 on the spot for the Heathrow charge.

The return journey was even worse. We were shoved into another dilapidated mini-van where the back seatbelts didn't even work. The driver tried to squeeze 4 adults plus another family of 3 in with 7 massive suitcases that clearly wouldn't fit. My husband had to physically rearrange the entire boot just to get six cases in, while the final suitcase had to be wedged into the back seat foot space of the other family.

The entire outfit felt completely dodgy and barely legal. If I hadn't been with my husband, I would have grabbed my children and run—the area felt genuinely unsafe. When we landed at Terminal 3, my calls went unanswered twice before they called back to tell me to haul all our luggage and children across to Terminal 5 because it was "busy," claiming the driver would take 50 minutes. Just as we were about to board the transit train, the driver called to say he had arrived (meaning we thankfully didn't have to wait the full 50 minutes), but the chaotic communication capped off a deeply stressful experience.

When I finally collected my car, I also noticed what appeared to be new marks along one side. I would definitely not book with them again nor recommend this service to anyone.

Booked for a long haul flight and received an email the day of departure notifying me of a different drop off point to the one i booked which was much further away from the airport. Sat Nav location showed the drop-off place as the car park of a Country Park! When i called to query (the morning of my flight!), i was told that Bee Parking are now not dealing with my booking. I contacted "compare your parking deals" who are the umbrella Co for Bee Parking who were not interested and said i would not be entitled to any sort refund as it is within the 48hr cancellation window yet i was not informed of any changes until within 24hrs prior to flying! Please, please do not book with these.

Lost my car key, expected me to find my own way back to Birmingham to get my spare key and then make my way back. Requested refund for out of pocket expenses and replacement key, now ignoring my texts and emails.

❌❌DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY❌❌Whatever you do, they are an absolute disgrace! The customer service is horrendous and the price you are given will not be the price you pay. I booked to park here online for £60 for a week which I thought was reasonable. When I turned up they made me pay an extra £14 for them to take their cab into the airport to drop me off. Which I was annoyed with at the time because I don't see why that just isn't in the cost when you book! The mail to work here are extremely rude and arrogant. But the worst part of it is when I got home I received x2 penalty notices because they had taken my car through ULEZ zone on 2 occasions totalling £190 in fines. Any normal person tell the customer about this so they can pay the £12 charge to avoid the £90 fine but no they said nothing. They had no signs up or anything! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Take my word for it book elsewhere! These guys are not worth your time! When I called about the fines they were very rude! Avoid at all costs!!

Poor
I booked this service as it was indicated my car could be dropped off at the Holiday Inn near Terminal 2. Just before departure I was given a new location further away. The postcode took me no where near the eventual site which was scruffy and poorly signposted. Communication was poor and transport provided was also tatty.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I would avoid this company at all costs. We waiting over 1.5 hours to get our car picked up and 2.5 hours in the blistering heat upon return. They also claimed they had lost my car key and that’s why it was taking so long. They were not proactive or apologetic and I definitely don’t think they have the facilities to understand or provide what meet and greet is. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

​I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided by this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
​My flight details changed, and I landed in the morning instead of the evening. After a grueling 20-hour flight with my wife and our toddler, we were completely exhausted and just wanted to get home. I called the company to let them know we had landed and were ready for collection.
​First, they told me my car wouldn't be ready until 12:30 PM. Then, the representative completely crossed the line: he called me back and literally suggested that if I "bought them some drinks" or paid them extra money under the table, they could get the car to me sooner. Knowing I was stranded at the airport in a rush with a tired toddler, they took full advantage of the situation. Once they realized they couldn't extort me, the car suddenly became "ready" 20 minutes later. Despicable behavior.
​To make matters worse, when the car finally arrived, I discovered fresh scratches and scuffs on the bodywork (near the light and bumper panels). They clearly do not take care of the vehicles entrusted to them.
​They treated my family with utter disrespect and used bribery tactics just to do their job. Avoid Excellent Parking Heathrow and this booking platform at all costs unless you want your car scratched and your wallet extorted!

Priority parking really isn't, confusing signage (how hard is it to get an email right?), queues and delays. Don't bother - use valet parking with another company which is better and cheaper

Facilities not good and looks poor but service was amazing . Does what it needs . Park - minibus - drop off .
Dropped car off with in minutes was is and old mini bus going to the airport .
Dropped off at airport .
Driver confirmed pick up was going to be leave 3.
Arrived back .
Collected bags
Phoned driver and he called me back to confirm my location . Hard to understand as they as they still retain there home countries accent .but be patient .
Less than 10 mins was picked up and then back to car park .
Checked car was only a few miles extra as they move the cars about .
No damage .
Excellent service would definitely use again and they gave me a discount code to use for my next parking

Arrived at location NO signs for Bee parking as e mail states.
Found Ace parking , driver sitting in car by hut and denied he was part of Bee parking when asked ,Then told to park anywhere !
Was then told it would be £14 for drop off,said it should have been part of coat, another person there said same, was told it was in e mail Hmmmm. No option but to pay.

BEWARE this is very suspicious .

I chose Bee Parking as they gave the Cheapest option available of Park & Ride to T4 LHR.
The Day before my departure I received a TxT message giving me clear instructions. It stated a different drop off location, & instructions to call a mobile number 30 minutes before my arrival.
There was No signage for Bee Parking on my arrival at the postcode, nor were there any signs directing me where to go.
The Location was a closed down Holiday Inn.
I Called the number again needing directions.
Eventually I located a small compound with an A4 paper sign displaying the Mobile number I'd called.
There was No one to meet me. No signs anywhere stating "Bee Parking"
I Located a male who confirmed I was at the correct location, & then demanded £14 to take me T.4
I stated I had paid for Park & Ride, but needing to get to terminal, I had no option but to pay. No payment, No transfer.
Before departing, I spoke with a chap collecting his car, & asked his thoughts on the service. He replied, "Let's just say I won't be using them again"
I recorded my milage, took a video of my car in its parking bay (always have proof no damage when leaving), & handed my key to the 'unofficial' looking 'Official' representative for Bee Parking.
I was handed a printed receipt for my vehicle & parking, & a printed receipt for my transfer payment (£14)
I then sat for 20 minutes in a people carrier for other customers to arrive before heading to T.4
On my return, I rang the number as instructed on the printed ticket.
I was told to head to 'Arrivals' where I located my driver.
My car on collection was as I'd left it.

I won't use this company again by personal choice.
I prefer a more professional service.

The only Positive Comments I can give are the driver who collected me on my return was very pleasant, & on leaving the 'Closed Down' Holiday Inn compound I was literally straight onto the M4.

If Bee Parking read this review, your driver on 25th April was miserable & would benefit from learning customer people skills.
Your driver on 2nd May made conversation, making my journey very pleasant.

It was difficult to find the service located in the Holiday Inn car park. On our return we needed to call to advise arrival in order to find out pick up location (written instructions were incorrect) but the staff member was difficult to understand in a noisy terminal. Later the driver called and messaged but he too was difficult to understand so there was some confusion over pick up location. On meeting, driver was surly and unfriendly and then drove in a very aggressive manner. Car was parked in the road and had lost pressure in one tyre. I later found out that this was due to the wheel being buckled.

Not as timely as advertised.. Difficult to communicate with and does not feel very secure.

Car was returned after waiting 40 minutes for the shuttle at terminal and 30 minutes for the car at the car park. Car was messy as we were advised it was parked at their other compound. Seems unprofessional that the car is not ready when the passenger arrive.

The additional driving fee is very well hidden and should be clearer and visible.

I found it sketchy that after being away for 7 days the sign at the parking has now been removed, with no 'Bee Parking' or phone number visible - Appears to be operating as ARC Parking now.. Seems to be a cover as everyone at scene referenced to them as Bee Parking. Would not recommend, albeit we were not as unlucky as other passengers!

I always check reviews prior to booking or buying something. For some reason this time I didn't. The night before dropping my car off I had a look at the reviews and in all honesty was nervous about leaving my car with them. Having said that, my experience was not totally negative. However there are some things to be aware of.
1. They may move your car. I think I had an additional 13 miles on my car which I was not too bothered about but others have complained about more miles being put on their cars.
2. We were charged £7 per person for our transport to the airport T5. When I challenged it I was told that it was on their website. I have since checked and the information is misleading. Under their terms and conditions it says that transport to the terminals is complimentary. Followed by Heathrow charge a terminal drop off charge. I think they should be clearer in their communication to manage customer expectations.

People have complained at the rudeness of the staff. I did not find them rude, neither did I find them overly friendly, they just quietly did their jobs. With times were acceptable with instant transport tot he airport and about a 25 minute wait for collection from the airport.

Although this time my experience was not overly negative, if I am honest based on many of the previous reviews, I would, for peace of mind leave my car elsewhere.

Good location to leave car in. Courteous staff and reasonable pickup from returning terminal - would recommend.

Stolen our car! Got told once we called that the two “joint owners” had, had an argument and one owner had gone home with our car keys and was refusing to give them to us, sending us a crime number - leaving us stranded at Heathrow 4 hours from home. Avoid at all costs.
Update 4 hours later and police intervention - got the car back but it’s damaged - scratches & dents and petrol used - used almost 80 miles of petrol whilst we’ve been on holiday. Car was dumped in front of us on side of road. Now advertising themselves as “Arc Parking” at the same place

In my car , there were 10 pounds . They have stolen it . Shame
