Affordable parking close to the airport and easy to find, however was a little rude when they drove to the wrong terminal to pick us up even tho we told them is was T3 and not T5, driver got arsey and hung up the phone and in total took nearly 45 mins to get picked up.

I booked this in a rush based on the cheap price. The drop off location is a dump down a lane. The staff were bordering on rude. £12 to pay for airport drop off and pick up. I just regretted booking them from arriving. In fairness, I got to the terminal in good time and had no issues on collecting my car either. I just don't have confidence in them and after reading the other reviews, I don't intent to use them again. You get what you pay for.

Upon arrival, there's a £12 airport transfer fee, which wasn't included in the booking. Also, be aware that they can drop off the car at another car park up to 50 miles away. In our case, the driver exceeded the speed limit while transporting the car, and we received a letter from the Metropolitan Police. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

We had a good experience with Bee parking, located very close to the airport and we had our own shuttle straight to the terminal with a very swift check in process. We left our car for 3 weeks. On return after a few phone calls we got through to the staff and were collected after a short wait at the agreed pick up point. Car waiting for us, no problems. We would use again.

Parked for 7 days with Bee Parking Heathrow. When I got my car back, it had several scratches that weren’t there before.

Reported it right away with photos, but they refused to take responsibility because I didn’t take pictures before drop-off.

They also said I’d have to pay £750 excess and use their own garage.

Very poor service. Wouldn’t recommend. Compare Parking should review this provider.

All was fine with this company until I returned after a long flight and they then decided to tell me that the company I had booked this through had not paid them and they would not pick me up from the airport or release my car until this was sorted. This was not my issue but an issue between Bee Parking and their agent and as such I should never have had the stress of having to deal with this. They also could have raised this when I dropped the car off but decided to do this at the worst possible time. I also booked this months beforehand so why they suddenly raised this issue at this very point and not before I do not know. I had to then try to contact the agent and get this sorted out, which it was, but it should never have been raised with me. This was very unprofessional.

🚨 Warning: Avoid Bee Parking at Heathrow Airport 🚨

This was my first (and last) time using Bee Parking’s park & ride service, and it has been a truly disappointing and worrying experience.
• On returning to collect my car, I discovered it had been tampered with.
• Fuel had been used without my consent.
• A personal item (perfume from the glove compartment) was missing.
• Shockingly, a new device had been connected to my car with a mobile number linked to one of Bee Parking’s staff members.

I strongly advise against using this company. From what I’ve experienced, I doubt I am the first to face such issues, and unfortunately, I will not be the last.

Poor experience in Heathrow airport. They also go by the name of 'Park and Travel Heathrow Meet and Greet'. The waiting time for them to pick up the car and drop it off was over an hour. Poor response over the phone. Hardly pick up calls. Unprofessional and a whole waste of time booking with them. This was in September 2025.

So there are good and bad here! Ultimately I paid around £75 for 9 days parking which is about as good as you can get. The drop off location was convenient but looked a mess and the staff were minimal in conversation, I had to confirm they even knew I was coming even after calling ahead. I had read reviews so was aware they charged an extra £12 for the ‘shuttle’ to the terminal so I was ok with that but it’s certainly not well explained when you book. The transfer vehicle was very much a family transporter and had seen better days but it did the job. At that point, although slightly nervous, I had no choice so off I go on holiday. The bad part here is that I fitted a tracker and when I checked the next day, the car was parked not too far away but not in a secure off road location, just on the street. I looked around the location for any nearby parking lot to allow for the inaccuracy of the tracker but there was nothing and it was purely residential. It stayed put all week so clearly the location had no restrictions but I nervously await any post. When I returned from holiday, the pick-up happened promptly but there were more people in the shuttle than allowed, I won’t say here how that ended up but concerning the driver was not worried. My car was in the same drop off location when I got back, no damage, no significant extra miles and nothing missing so ultimately I feel I got away with this rather than paying for secure parking as advertised. I have to say that all ended ok, but in summary, I could have just parked it on the road myself with an uber and taken that risk rather than pay for the privilege. I am sure they do have a secure yard so you may well end up there but I doubt any accident or damage would be covered by them (read that part of the small print carefully) and I doubt your own insurance would either. If you are not too precious about your vehicle then I’m sure this is a good value option but for peace of mind I don’t think I will be using this or similar again.

These parasites are nothing more than scammers. Deliberately damaged my vehicle by moving it off site, and parking it on a side street (as per my tracker) then try to fob me off by telling me I had to take 20 pictures of my vehicle before handing it over to them if I want to make a claim for damage.

Reported to BBC Watchdog. Trading Standards, ASA, CAP & Met Police.

These guys are fraudsters. I look forward to seeing them in court. False advertising throughout. It’s easy to make things look realistic when you lift images from Google and use AI to generate reviews.

We arrived to a dirty, tiny scrap yard of a car park, nothing like advertised on its website. The courtesy shuttle was not free, it cost £12.

We returned after our holiday to a severely damaged car with drink bottles that did not belong to us, passenger seat altered, 30 miles missing from our petrol and a Punjabi radio station tuned in and left at full blast on our radio. Car was filthy like it had been in a rally race.
We complained and were given a 2 email addresses to send complaints to, neither were real addresses.
We filed a police report. Asked to speak to a manager who was apparently on holiday. The company are now refusing to answer calls from our insurance company. They've now told us we should have taken 20 photos before we parked. Funny they don't tell you this on arrival.

We have contacted BBC watchdog, I suggest anyone who has had a bad experience do the same.
I will now look forward to the copy and paste reply they put on every bad review. Sham sham absolute sham!!!!

VERY BAD COMPANY….Shocked they are still in operation with my experience and the previous 1* reviews I unfortunately didn’t read before using.

Firstly, ALL THEIR 5*, 4 And maybe even 3* REVIEWS AND RESPONSES ARE OBVIOUSLY AI GENERATED.
Read the reviews and you will see 8 to 12 or more 5 star reviews written within 10-15 mins after every single negative review, irrespective of the time the negative one was posted. They cannot correct anything to make it any less OBVIOUS! Considering this company has people’s personal data, this is dangerously worrying.

The company took £12 for Heathrow drop off when they were picking up customers and worst I had to come back with another family who violently threatened me saying ‘I WILL KILL YOU’ The driver who was rude from the outset agreed with them and asked me to leave the car. When I started to call the police, he begged me not to.

Arriving at venue, I was told the manager was not there so nothing could be done. I will follow through and contact the police and ombudsman. Take what you want but this company is extremely risky, deceptive and unsafe. I would happily join an organised lobbying against this company. They must go. The manager who is pretending not to be told me to contact whoever I want to which shows no care or intent to stop the malpractice. When you read the other honest reviews (1* ofcourse because there is no 0 for that) the frustration and abuse they are causing feels intentional and malicious.

When we arrived we followed the instructions given on email, we got there and the place looks like a scrap yard, cars parked basically door to door, bumper to bumper, staff weren't helpful at all, we were then charged an initial £12 for taking us to the airport.

When we arrived back 10 days later again followed instructions for calling the driver from baggage claim to get back to our car, we waiting an hour to get picked up and When the driver arrived he said " oh I wasn't told you have luggage, I have no room for that" ... we have just come back from holiday at an airport and weren't meant to have luggage 😏.

He did eventually put us in the van but cases on laps and kids too!!

If you fully read all reviews you can see they are copied and pasted and clearly fake ... avoid this company, pay a but more and get proper service!!

AVOID, AVOID AVOID. The parking here seems relatively cheap until you are faced with a repair bill of £450 for 3 deep scratches across 3 panels which could have easily been avoided if it were not for their greed. Quite simply they park the cars really poorly and it does not match even closely the images shown on their website.
The cars were parked approximately 20cm apart and all over the place when I returned from my break. The damage was flagged up, photographed and shown to a member of staff upon seeing them as the car puleld up next to me. I asked for a complaints form which was never provided and shared the images of the damage (clean white scratches which had only just been done). All my emails bar the first one were simply ignored. They will try to fob you off with a scratch repair kit which is for minor scratches only or ask you to return to Heathrow and keep the car for a few days while it is repaired- this is both immoral as well as illegal as the repair has to be carried out at a time and place which is convenient to the owner! I live 2 hours from Heathrow so a round trip to Heathrow to get the repairs sorted of 4 hours plus several days without the car? You'd think this is a joke but sadly it isn't!!

They have been reported to the police for criminal damage as the cars were parked in such a way that damage is simply unavoidable. They have also been reported to Trading Standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the 'service not being carried out with reasonable care and skill.' A consequential losses claim will be lodged unless they somehow miraculously come back to me to get this sorted out. Make sure that you have evidence that the car was in good condition when it arrives and take photos on site when you collect it. You will also require a report from someone in the motor trade as evidence and repair costs from at least 2 registered repairers.
I hope that this helps anyone thinking of using this service. Let's see if the stock reply from them comes up below as I wonder if they even bother to read these and to latterly try to improve their service as a result. Let's wait and see?

After comparing other parking prices bee parking had the most convenient price . Also checked the reviews and I’m surprised that they had overall good reviews. It seems all good at the begging when I left the car even that I was worried as I saw some bad reviews but I thought can not be true . Left the car with a gps on the car . Later that day my car is been moved to 28 Crown Meadow, Colnbrook, Slough, SL3 OLT. Which by looking at google maps is not a private compound but are just parking on the road . The camera of my car is been switched off since I left the car in the parking lot . Got back from the holidays and was waiting for the shuttle to pick us up . Instead they brought the car in the airport , my car was scratched on both sides . Told to the guy that look at my car is all scratched. He told me that just take pictures and send it by email and they are going to sort it out . Did that and got the answer from Sam that by term and conditions I should have provided with at least 20 pictures before hand and before accepting the car with the new pictures of the scratching . Their terms and conditions are that if the claim is successful I have to pay 750 pound excess. And also their maximum payout is 750 pound with their approved repairer . This parking company is a legal scam . Read the reviews before you book and believe e on what people have been saying . Worst experience ever .

We booked this parking after on the compare site was the best deal and the reviews there on Trustpilot was 4,5☆, not sure how, as on Google the reviews are 1.9☆, but I did check these initially, unfortunately.

Our car was used for about 30 miles while we were away. Who used our car connected his Iphone to our care, disconnected the dashcam and other devices which we have in the car and also left his juice bottle into the car.

Very unprofessional! I don't recommend this car park.

on the way out everything was fine.
On the way back, when we landed we called to say we were waiting for them at the drop off point where they left us and we had paid 12£ (x6) for each drop off. We waited 45 minutes to be picked up, they told us to go down 2 floors to the free parking. They picked us up and left us at the car.My car smelled like Indians, the fuel was low, they probably sat in it and turned on the air conditioner, the driver's seat was pulled up as if for sleeping and the phone holder on the dashboard was broken, they probably put their feet on the dashboard. I found someone else's thermos in my car. I don't recommend them, they are not safe.

Do not park here. When I arrived I was very shocked by the set up. It looks like a scrapyard with cars parked bumper to bumper and door to door. it might be cheaper than others but if I could've found somewhere else immediately, I would have moved my car immediately.
I came back to damage caused by another door hitting our car. I spoke to the attendant who advised me to get in touch with the complaints team. After contacting them, I am being told that I should have taken photos when I dropped the car off, making sure their premises are captured in the background! In addition, they want an excess of £750 paying and we need to bring the car back to them to fix - 100 miles each way. Apparently this is all in their terms but unfortunately I booked through Ezybook who don't accept any liability for loss or damage.

I parked my car here in confidence but when I arrived a customer said we should take detailed pictures of our car as there car had a smashed wing mirror. I took pictures and on return 14 days later found a large deep scratch down the side of my car. Although the company stated they could repair it, they wanted £750 excess plus for the car to be dropped back to them and advised we needed to take at least 2o photos of our car before leaving it. I would not trust this organisation with a barge pole and will be advising family and friends to avoid at all costs
