Not a great experience
Do not use. We struggled to find the place, it looks like a scrap yard, the minibus we were taken to the airport in was filthy, this was an additional cost, no mention of that when booking. The staff were rude. Called them when we’d cleared customs, rude again with no idea when they could pick us up because they were busy!!

Bee Parking
Had a really good experience with Bee Parking. I called half an hour prior to arrival and they were ready to take me to the airport as soon as I parked my car.
On arrival, it wasn't as smooth as they did not answer the phone for a while. Eventually after calling me back, their driver Adeem reassured me that he was on his way to the terminal.
Car was in good condition on arrival and I had no further issues. Overall, a very pleasant experience - very good prices for Heathrow Parking.

Turn up with all the family
Turn up with all the family, the people where friendly and polite. There is a little extra fee for getting into the airport, but I didn't mind. The driver Dadeen was helpful and very quick picking us up after our flight coming home. Would definitely use them again.

Would never use again. Shocking
I would not recommend this company. When we got there they asked us to pay to be dropped off at the airport and the customer service wasn’t good at all.
When we arrived back into the UK we called them and asked them to come and get us. It took them over an hour to collect us. We had been travelling for over 24 hours at this point.
Really disappointed and would never book with them again.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Driver Conduct
I recently had a very disappointing experience with one of your drivers and wanted to bring it to your attention. The driver, operating a Renault minibus, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made no effort to assist with our luggage and instead stood by while we loaded and unloaded everything ourselves. In addition, he slammed the doors open and shut as we were getting in and out, which felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and far below the standard I expected from your service. I hope you will address this issue so that other passengers don’t go through a similar situation.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! This company maybe cheap but there is a good reason for this. Unfriendly rude staff, additional charges for taking to and from airport. The car must have been parked under a tree as was a complete mess when I got it back and wasn't onsite when I got there which is very strange. Loose change was taken from the car. Overall experience wasn't good and the site is a dump.
