Everything about this "company" seems very unprofessional and seems to just be a bunch of cowboys who have taken over a corner of a car park and are renting out the spaces.

Every contact with staff was very rude, not very informative and difficult to understand. There is a complete lack of signage to the parking, making it difficult to find.

We were taken to the airport in car that looked like it hadn't passed an MOT in 5 years and even had a penalty fine notice proudly displayed on the dashboard but at least we got to the terminal reasonably quickly. On the way back however we spent 40 minutes waiting for a driver, phoned staff and were told it would be within 15 minutes, another half an hour later and we finally got a call from the driver to say he was stuck at another terminal and we needed to get the train over to him. In total it took 2 hours from the first call to get taken back to our car. When we got back tot he car there were no staff in attendance and the keys had been left in the glove box of another car, the keys to which had been left on the tyre of another car. Very secure!

Unfortunately had already booked another date with this company but decided it wasn't worth the stress and went with another option.

Extremely poor and worrying experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

From the start, staff were rude, aggressive in their attitude, and very difficult to understand. The parking location was changed without proper explanation, which immediately made the whole situation feel unprofessional and suspicious.

As we were leaving, two separate customers were complaining that their dash cams had been disconnected and were asking staff for an explanation. Instead of dealing with the situation professionally, around six staff members surrounded and verbally attacked four customers, telling them to leave while refusing to give any clear answers. The behaviour was intimidating and completely unacceptable.

At one point the atmosphere became so hostile that my partner and child felt vulnerable and unsafe. No customer should ever feel like that when simply using an airport parking service.

This experience felt chaotic, unprofessional, and genuinely concerning. Serious improvements are needed in customer service, communication, and basic respect and safety standards. I would not use this company again and would not recommend it to others.

Bee aware of a a few things hidden costs of £14 they charge on top. Bee aware that it takes 30mins from when you checked your car in to get to terminal building. They will keep you waiting. They also got me to move my car once I parked up even though there are no signs to tell you where you should park. They wait until you have parked up and gone to the hut before telling you you need to move.and when I complained about waiting and not being aware of the charges and being told to move my car instead of showing some consideration the guy just said if you complain, I’ll make you wait longer. When you’re trying to catch a flight, this is not the aggravation you need. I will never use again.

Do not use! Rude!! Thieves!!! Search through your car !!!
On arrival was waiting 45minutes for them to finish their food- almost making us late for check in!
Disconnected our dash cam , car had been parked on a residential drive not in the car park as advertised , took them 1hr and 30mins to bring us our car, they have also been all through our car in door pockets & boot. I have a brand new car and I will never ever leave it with such incompetent people. Please do not use!!! Luckily we have a tracker on our car so we know exactly where it's been.
They are thieves going through our personal belongings!

Terrible service. Ilegal activity suspected. Your car may be used for other purposes. Rude staff. Felt unsafe. Would not use and not recommend at all. Esp if you are a woman as men there are scetchy and rude. BUT I am also pretty sure there is some ilegal things going on, like double dipping, so while your car is parked there it may be used for other things. Our car was definetly search as Items where moved. We were picked up from the airport in what looked like someone else's car, had the GPS set in Japanese but I am pretty sure none of the people there spoke it, I think they drove the client car...in fact I am pretty sure they did, that is why I saw a review someone's pertol was much lower. Also they said they have council issues so our car was moved from the original spot elsehwere... REALLY? But most of all I am pretty sure they are doing some sketchy things there... would not recommend at all, stay away.

Worst car parking/ pickup experience I’ve ever had and I wasn’t alone on the day I arrived home people had spent nearly 3 hrs waiting to be picked up at the airport. You get dropped at a holding site and the cars are parked in three other abandoned holiday inn car parks, so you need to wait for the car to be brought to you and in most cases they are unable to locate where the car is, they spent 3 hours trying to find the car along with 15 other people who were waiting, only to be ment with abuse and swearing when asking basic question! It’s a SCAM they will also charge everyone £14 to drop you off as they claim the charge is £14 to drop off and pick you up, but they charge you all the same fee when there are 8 in the same van at drop off and pickup!

Terrible company, avoid parking your car with this company at all costs, we found them rude and unorganised. First of the location on the booking was not where they were operating any more and we weren't informed so when I called, we were told to drive to a nearby Holiday Inn car park where the car would be left! When we pulled up one man seemed to be running the operation out of the back of a van when we arrived and this was the same man who was also driving us in a beaten up old people carrier to the airport. But before he left he almost had a fist fight with another disgruntled customer at 5am In the morning which made us late. On return again instructions were all over the place, the driver picking us up couldn't even say "hello" when he exited the vehicle he simply opened the boot and walked back to his drivers seat. Overall disgusting unprofessional service, 0 customer service skills and I didnt feel my vehicle was in safe hands. Pay the higher price and go with a reputable company please.

Picked up my car with mud on my car like it’s travelled miles when car was left spanking clean. When we complained, the driver was dismissive and did not want to have a conversation about it. A driver called Medi or Madi got into an argument stating ‘ I am not your slave’ when we complained about his attitude. Disappointing and shameful behaviour.

Who is the foolish that could review this company more than 1 star .. most horrible customer service , ripoff customers when they charge for drop off per person when they should charge per drop off as a car .. I I waited 90min to collect my car .. stay away ..

Avoid. Staff are rude, don’t communicate and when they do, grunt at you. No organisation at all. Would avoid, pay more for a better service!

We booked with Bee Heathrow park & ride from the 16/1/26-8/2/26
Firstly the parking forecourt is extremely littered and messy not a good impression on arrival .
No office , seems everything happens out the back of a red van , keys are all kept in a plastic box unlabelled.
On arrival back at Heathrow, they were an hour late in collecting us - (apparently the van broke down ).
On arrival at car collection, was told they had parked our car in with 2 other cars, and couldn’t locate the keys to either vehicles.
1.5 hrs later whilst left in the freezing cold and them trying out all the 60 odd different keys they managed to get us unblocked.
I requested a full refund and have heard nothing back except and offer of a voucher which I would have no use for as i would never use them again .
I hope they do the honest thing and refund me .
Highly disappointed as having landed at 6 am to only get on the road at 8.30 am

Only got 1 star as no option to give lower!! Extremely poor experience with Bee Parking Heathrow – I strongly advise avoiding this company.
The car park was dirty, cramped, and disorganised. This was very concerning, especially after seeing their five-star reviews online, which feel very misleading. On arrival, we were immediately pressured to pay £14 for transport with no clear prior notice. The minibus was filthy and the driver was rude and unhelpful.
Drop-off at the airport was rushed with no assistance. The return was far worse. Despite calling ahead as instructed, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for collection and were repeatedly given incorrect arrival times.
When our car was finally returned, it had been driven an extra 12 miles without permission, was covered in mud inside and out, and had a flat tyre. Staff showed no concern. We also witnessed very young drivers moving customer vehicles around the site which was extremely worrying.
We chose this company based on their reviews, not price, and deeply regret it. I will be taking this matter further and would strongly recommend others avoid using this service. I am going to also be reporting them to trading standards they shouldn’t be allowed to trade !!!

I would just like to add on from my complaint at the beginning of January, my car was damaged they refused to refund me and said to email the complaints email they will refund me and will pay for damages.

The complaints team have asked for £750 EXCESS FEE after THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!

Not stated anywhere and so conflicting, the damage on my car is not worth £750 worth I must admit but still why say the company will pay for repair but it has to be left with a garage of their choice for 2 days and I have to pay??

I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE CHEAP BOOKING IS SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE THIS AWFUL COMPANY BRINGS!

So many cars in that car park were damaged so badly it would be classed as a write off, so much rubbish everywhere even trolleys and desk chairs just sat in between cars which could scratch them if the wind blew.

They charge you each time they enter or leave the airport terminal and it is £7 each time so it adds up, this is a very unprofessional and probably illegal business.

Avoid this company!

Our bad experience from this company started right from the start when we encountered their rude van driver who took us to the airport. He’s the same driver photographed and posted by one of the customers who had the same bad experience with this company.

On our arrival from holiday, we called them up as soon as we collected our luggages. We were asked how many luggages we have. We told them we have 3 big ones and 2 small ones. The same quantity we had going out. We were told to wait and sit as the driver will be coming within 30 minutes. We waited until around 45 minutes, we called them up to ask the ETA of the driver, they said the driver is on its way. We called again after more than an hour and we’re told that the traffic was so slow and the way going to terminal 2 & 3 was blocked. We were then instructed to go to terminal 5 via train. We had no choice but to go to terminal 5 rather than having to wait 2-3 hours as we’re told. In total, we waited more than 3 hours! When their van arrived, there was not much space for us and our luggages. We were in a van with other customers and their luggages. We were squeezed like sardines and they were blaming us for our luggages.

This company are collecting £14 for outbound and inbound and this is their way of getting money out from cheap bookings. This is robbery in broad day light.

Upon collection of my car, I immediately noticed that my dashcam was disconnected. My car was muddy inside and out. Doors and boot were left opened on a rainy condition.

Overall, having to witnessed what other customers have written on their reviews. I would like to remind others NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. Their staff are rude, unprofessional and no sense of customer service relation.

The carpal is very shaby, and not somewhere I would park again. The staff were short with us for no reason. We were told upon being dropped off to pay £14 for a return drop off, which is not stated at time of booking. With this included the price is comparable to some of the better car parks.
Transport/shuttle was shaby and dirty.

Upon arriving back my car was already running?? It was filthy... and it is scratched!

UPDATE: They claim to be investigating which they are not. They sent an email referencing terms and conditions which do not exist. I have reported to Trading Standards.

According to our terms and conditions you need to provide images within our car park before hand over to car our staff and taking back from our staff

You should take pictures of your vehicle and mileage before dropping it off, we recommend taking 20 pictures to cover all sides and angles . No claims will be accepted if pictures are not taken prior so it is essential customers take their own images irrespective of our drivers actions. Complaint form must be completed in full for the complaint to be registered. No complaint will be considered once the driver has handed over the keys and left you with your key. Please check your vehicle thoroughly before accepting your keys.

I used these guys recently (last week), read the reviews post booking and was worried , the car park is a little scruffy however they were fine, top tip! remember to call them before you get there, i forgot however they did transfer me after about 15 mins or so, i called them on the way back when I cleared customs and only had to wait about 10 mins , I thought that was ok, the staff were fine, a little abrupt, they could do with smiling a bit more they were not rude or unfriendly, i have an app that tracks my car and it was in the car park for the whole two weeks that i had booked, nothing was taken from my car and there was no damage, i would say they could do with a tidy up and clear up the litter on the ground, the site looks like a old business unit , it was good value and fine for what it was

We booked our car here before reading the reviews, so once we read them we were instantly worried we’d made a bad decision. However our experience was nothing but positive. The place was easy to find, the person transporting us to the airport was very friendly and it was a quick and enjoyable ride.
Coming back we got picked up within 15 minutes of our arrival at Heathrow and got back to base efficiently and easily.
Our car was exactly how we left it. No extra miles added, no bumps or scratches as other people had commented had happened to theirs. Overall I would definitely book with Bee again.

Waited 1 hour to be collected from terminal. Awful service, car damaged on return and filthy. Chaos when collecting, no one knew what was going on. Rude staff. Reviews not being checked, I would suggest a lot of family members are completing the reviews

Do not use. I booked on the 30th December, then came on here to find out what a dishonest company they are. You only have to read the names of the people who give positive reviews to know they are to be avoided. I cancelled straight away but they did not refund the full amount. I’ve just spoken to them they claim it was a fee for cancelling the booking. They are unaware that under UK consumer law there is a 14 day cooling off period for online bookings and that during this period they have to refund the full amount. I will be contacting the bank to do a recharge and will be reporting them to trading standards.

Don’t use Bee Parking Heathrow dreadful

This was the worst experience of parking we have booked. We will never use again. Reasons why
Rude drivers. Dirty and tatty van. No handles on van doors. Smelly van. Waiting area filthy and no step to get into area as high step to get in. No toilet facility told to go behind cabin to the toilet. Car was moved from parking to somewhere as mileage 7 miles used. Told wouldn’t be moved as asked. Car filthy from parked under tree. Charged extra £15 on day to drop at Heathrow car park. Or use this compare parking prices
