DO NOT BOOK!!!! BEE PARKING COUNT YOUR DAYS!!!! Disgusting company.

Ransacked items out of my parents car when they returned from a holiday on the 08/01/2025. Items included a barbour jacket, RAB insulated down jacket, wireless apple car play. Halo dash cam was unplugged and damaged. The mileage had gone up during the stay which was supposedly meant to be in a secure car park. They supposedly state they move vehicles between car parks within 50 miles on website but do not explicitly state to customers on any other correspondence and or notify them beforehand as to why, when and where their vehicles will be stored.

Highly suggest taking all pictures of current milage at time of drop off, contents of what is in cars at that moment and video state of car from outside.

The company has been reported to the Metropolitan Police & Trading Standards. I will be contacting Bee Parking Heathrow Director - Louise Irene Barton for further correspondence as to why a registered company under her jurisdiction is stealing from their customers, joy riding customer vehicles and also using a lousy seething terms and conditions to blanket themselves for their horrendous actions.

How disheartening it is to returning from a long haul trip that they worked hard for just to be ransacked on one of the coldest days in the country!!!

This is completely rubbish service!! I don’t recommend at all!

They left me waiting in the airport more than 45 minutes. I call them 4 times, no one came to pick me up, then I took a black taxi to reach my car!!

They give you low price, but at the end you find yourself paying the highest cost!! So be careful.

** The staff is rude.

** The staff told me the minimum waiting is 30 minutes!! That’s mean you could wait an hour or more to take you from the airport to the car park!!

DO NOT USE - My car was being driven around London while I thought it was in their secure car park. I was horrified to get a ULEZ charge when I was in a different country. When I contested with this company they did not care and refused. It is apparently buried somewhere in their Terms and Conditions. Awful!!

Overall was good, £12 charge per family in mini bus bit sneaky, and I thought they were dropping car off at the airport when we arrived back, but that was me not reading correctly.
But they did what they said they'd do, and were on time.
So was definately worth it, carcin good shape at pick up.
So all good.

This company has no customer service skills. Pure rudeness from all staff. Their paperwork is not transparent, states arrivals meet L4 R or S. But demand you look for them on L2 L. Not all seatbelts worked. Seats heavily stained in van. They disconnected my dash cam without my consent, stating for privacy laws !! But it’s supposed to be kept on private grounds?. One guy early 20’s black glasses, refused to take my cash and insisted I give him my card, to which I refused. He would not give me a receipt for the cash either. At one point he refused to give me my car key back, then offered me someone else’s key !! He then actually became verbally aggressive towards me and came face to face with me. Unexpected shuttle levy £12.00. Left me waiting at terminal 5 for 1.20hr, when it’s 10mins ride. This is definitely my first and last time using this shambles of a company. May I add I am early 50’s with mobility problems and I use a walking stick. This company should not be allowed to trade like this, it is definitely not what you pay for, or expect, I was told the manager was going to call me back…..still waiting !!

Parking is very poorly maintained. The area is narrow and messy, with overflowing garbage bins and rubbish spilling out.
We were charged an unexpected £12 levy before being dropped off at the airport, which was not mentioned at the time of booking.
The drop-off vehicles are vans and are in very poor condition—substandard and dirty.
Lucky to have my car back unharmed.
Overall, I would not recommend this parking , especially if you love and care about your car.

Avoid at all cost. Left our car with BeeParking for a week in December 2025. When we returned the front driver side had a big dent, that wasn’t there when we left it. BeeParking will take no responsibility. Leave your vehicle with BeeParking at your own risk.

This was by far the worst parking experience I’ve ever had. Based on what happened during my booking, I would strongly advise anyone who values their time, money, or car to look elsewhere.

When we got the car back, we discovered it had been driven 16 miles, including into the ULEZ zone—which we had never authorised. Because we don’t have autopay, we ended up with two £90 fines. When we contacted the company about it, they refused to take any responsibility, which was incredibly frustrating.

Their terms and conditions also feel extremely unfriendly to customers, so definitely read them carefully—it made me wish I had chosen another parking company altogether.

On top of that, we received an email before arrival stating the transport fee would be £5, but when we got there the bus driver insisted it was £6 instead and dismissed the email as incorrect. Really unprofessional and confusing.

Overall, this experience left me extremely disappointed, and I personally would never use this service again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

After collecting my car, I discovered that two coats were missing, several items inside had been tampered with, our flat fob had been removed from a secure compartment, wires had been pulled out, the back seat was wet, and the back door had been left slightly open. This goes far beyond a simple “we’re not responsible for valuables” situation.

When I phoned, I was told that CCTV would be checked. Instead, I received an incredibly unprofessional email dismissing my concerns and even referring to my belongings as “useless.” No acknowledgement, no investigation, no apology.

It’s clear from both the state of the car and their attitude afterwards that they do not take customer care or security seriously. I’ve never experienced anything like it, and I would not trust them with my vehicle again.

Avoid at all costs.

Adeem driver came to pick us on time and promptly. I have used Bee parking multiple times and have had a good experience every time.

Be aware and read their terms and conditions. Heathrow is mostly ULEZ you need to sign up to Autopay before your journey which will incur 2 x £12.50 as Bee Parking will be moving your car to another car park while you are away. We were unaware of this and ended up with 2 x £90 charges. Complained to Bee Parking and they basically said you should have read the terms and conditions and they are not liable for the fines.

Bee Parking have now replied saying they will look into the matter but still cost us an extra £180 in fines

This is one of the worse car parks I have used. For me paying £12 both way wasn’t the worst. They drove 17 miles on the clock. Disconnected my internal gadgets, ate in the car and last but not the least had scratches on the right driver side and under the bumper. I will advise users to examine their vehicles before accepting key. Even though there was lots of space they intend to park your car on arrival to hide the damage. Even though I had photos before and after, upon complaint I was told once I accept my keys they are not responsible. 17 miles on the clock is unacceptable and will take it to the highest level. Very disappointing

Worst ever airport parking experience! The site is a mess with cars jammed into every corner. They damaged my car when parking it but their terms and conditions mean it is impossible to make any sort of claim. They also bizarrely have a £750 excess for any claim! I wish I had seen other reviews where people had experienced damage to their cars. The staff, if you can find them, are rude and the drivers drive over the speed limit. Avoid this company, the cash saving over other reputable sites just isn’t worth it.
