Absolutely terrible experience with Bee Parking. This place is run like a bunch of cowboys — completely disorganised and rude.

If there were an option to give zero stars or hit them with a shoe, I would — this place doesn’t deserve even one.

Customer service was awful, with staff who clearly don’t know how to speak to people properly. I was told the pickup would take 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour in the cold with my kids. Every time I called, they either cut the line or ignored me.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and honestly a complete joke. Avoid this place at all costs. The UK authorities should seriously review these complaints and take action against this company.

Overall we have found Bee Parking to be convenient, reliable and affordable.
The parking facility in the Holiday Inn near Heathrow is a better facility to access. The drop off was good to tje terminal and the pick up driver (Adeem) was reliable and professional. Our van was parked ready for collection and seemed to be as we left it. My only critism are the pick up vehicles could do with a clean inside and out. We would use them again and recommend them

Adeem driver pick me up from the airport, never help with the luggage’s but wanted me to give him a 5 stars review.

On arrival to the location for drop off, it was not easy to find as it had changed location to the holiday inn. But it was easy enough from them on in. On collection the driver Adeem was very polite and quick to collect us once we'd collected the luggage. But we waited for my car 15-20 minutes and once we got it had seen the left car door was dented with impact as well as scratches on the driver side door and the bumper has scratches too. I spoke to Adeem and was told to email the complaints team. Currently awaiting their reply.

Had to wait an hour at the airport due to arriving early, didn't expect to wait that long. But otherwise, everything else was very good. Especially the driver Adeem who was prompt on communication and kept us informed on picking us up from the airport.

It is cheap but that is about it. When you arrive they ask for an extra £14 which isn't mentioned. I don't think they store you car on site as you can see them driving cars in when you arrive. The drop off was fairly quick but on the way back it took two hours after phoning to pick us up. Everytime I phoned they just put the phone down on me which was very frustrating. I think they are trying to combine pickups to save on parking charges. I heard someone who actually paid for a taxi as it took so long. I don't think they look after your car mine has more scratches now. In my opinion best avoided.

Terrible customer service. Took 2.5 hours to be picked up and every time I called to ask when they were coming I was hung up on. My car also has a new scratch. Will definitely not be choosing this service again

Very disappointed. Extremely rude people. Could hardly speak to us. Very unfriendly. They had to tighten the wheel nuts on the transfer vehicle before they took us to the airport. When we got back the car was covered in bird poo which everyone knows burns your paintwork. The dash cam was disconnected extra miles on the car why. Let's see if there is any speeding fines or parking tickets. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs.

Very dirty shambolic set up - never ever use - left us at the airport - didn’t pick the phone up - we had to get a taxi to their office which cost over £30. Very rude and had to call the police at one point! Do yourself a favour and use the official parking - will wait to see if we get any parking tickets

Absolutely terrible company. Very inconvenient at every stage. Delay, delay, delay. Poor transfer vehicle, unprofessional driver paying no regard for road saftey. Change of parking location without notification. Do not track flights so left wait at Heathrow almost 2 hours. Disgusting stay well clear at all costs this company should close.

When we booked with Bee parking at first we were pleased, dropped the car off and had an email stating that if I wanted to see my car, I can view it on a camera via there webpage. Got back from a great trip, they picked us up no problems. However, a couple of days later, I got a parking charge for parking in the Holiday Inn. My car was in there for 19 hours. I was angry, my car was unsupervised, when they clearly stated that all vehicles would be in a secure environment. When I complained, it was a standard letter/email, which seemed like this happens a lot. The email went onto to say that this was due to human error and that I had to check the bar code online to ensure that the fine had been paid, over the next couple of days that the fine had be paid, I was not happy with this reply, complained again, and I have reported the incident to the independent organisations who manages parking at airports.

I only give it one star due to them dropping us of and picking us up, at the airport, there was no apology. My advise is do not park with these guys, your car is not safe, and the likelihood is that they may park it somewhere that is not secure, or on their allocated land.

DO NOT USE
Do not trust them with your vehicle, they drive it round London while you are away, I received 3 ULEZ fines, I was away for 3 nights, they also chiped my windshield, there complaints are not helpful and you have to foot the bill,

Bee parking do not respond to emails, whatsap messages or complaints.
Would not provide a receipt for the extra £150 they changed us for overstay due to cancelled flights.
Transfer vehicles are not roadworthy
Took an hour to pick us up from the airport which should be a 10 min journey. Be aware of additional on the day hidden ULEZ charges made to every passenger

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When phoning in you constantly get engaged and message box full. On our arrival no one was there to meet us and take the car keys. Someone turned up after nearly 20 minutes. Very frustrating. On returning to Heathrow we had the engaged tone and message saying message box full. Again. Eventually turned up 40 minutes later. Miserable employees who are unable to smile - so miserable. WONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. EVER AGAIN

Hugely disappointing. Parked car for 4 weeks returning mid January. We had a tracker in the car and whilst away on a number of occasions we saw it was parked in a residential street and not the "secure" parking we had been promised. On returning the car had had an A4 notice posted on the windscreen - we could see it had been ripped off as the glue was left behind. We queried this and were told "you have to send an email". When we returned it was dark and raining heavily and we did not notice a key scratch across the back door. We wrote a letter of complaint only to receive a totally unsatisfactory response which did not address the issue of where the car was parked (but oddly made reference to things we had not complained about so clearly this was a cut and paste response). Sadly we had a lot of ongoing problems to deal with otherwise we would have followed this up by complaining to Trading Standards. This company does not seem to offer what it promises and the rather shambolic return process added to the feeling that it is not fit for purpose. Lesson learned - will use reputable on-site parking where we can take keys with us in future. The money saved using Beeparking was more than taken up getting the scratch removed from the car so please beware.
