Avoid like a plague.
Extremely rude staff, not willing to help you when you arrive to the parking or airport.
The instructions you will receive on the email are absolutely rubbish.
When we arrived back to the UK, we rung them only to be told it's wrong spot where we wait (all th employees are from a broad, so really difficult to understand them!) And spent over 40 minutes waiting or trying to locate the person picking us up
My dash cam was disconnected and voice recognition features as well. If anything happened during the stay on this dodgy car park they would not be responsible.
Our key was covered in mud, so must've been dropped, but no one bothered to wipe it...
Scammers! Should never be in business!

Lesson leant, pay I bit more and have your car parked secure in decent place.

I doubt my review will cause any improvement. First they charge extra for drop off fees. On our return after some poor directions we found the driver. Not very friendly person, drove back whilst watching streamed videos on his mobile. He managed to hit my leg whilst unloading a suitcase, no apology. My car wasnt in the compound, parked on a road nearby.
It appeared too have been there some time, this due to build up of sycamore tree debris on the windscreen and bonnet. Key marks on the back door.
Extra nine miles on the clock.
Staff come over as couldn't care less and unfriendly, so a waste of time complaining. Will make different arrangements next time.

Shocking, unbelievably shocking! The poor service, the dishonesty, the cheating, the aggressive attitude and the total lack of respect for their customers who have done nothing wrong is just not something you expect to experience here in England - we have been better treated by businesses in 3rd world countries. It is hard to believe that this company (Bee Parking) is allowed to continue business. We will definitely not be using them again, as won’t a few other angry customers we heard and saw on our arrival and many customers who have experienced what we did today and be forced to write reviews about it.

Please don't park your car at this car park very unpleasant people chep for a reason

Got to parking area and were charged £7 each to be taken to the terminal, even though this was not mentioned before.
On return. we landed at 09.00 and were told we would not be picked up until 12.00 and they then put the phone down. I called back and the phone was put down on me again- Twice!
We were told to go to 2nd floor of the car park, which we did, and waited another 45 minutes. When the driver arrived, he was angry, and shouted, 'I told you to go to the 2nd floor', so i pointed to the sign that said exactly that!
Once we had put our own luggage in the back of the van and got in, The driver drove very quickly to another terminal and parked across 3 disabled bays to pick up some other people. There were no working seat belts and the driver did not stick to the speed limit at any time.
When we got back to the car it was covered in bird poo and the satnav had been unplugged. All staff members are very rude and come across as threatening. Cheap but not worth it

Avoid Bee Parking Heathrow - Park & Ride.

After landing, I followed instructions but was told my car “was not ready” and the call was ended. No one answered further calls, and I waited over 3 hours for pickup after a 10-hour flight. My car was left by the roadside and extremely dirty.

Unprofessional, no communication, and unacceptable service.

Booking and subsequent modifications due to Iran war was fine. Simple and professionally carried out. Drop off okay but felt a little "shady". Transfer again okay but the mini bus was in poor shape and the side door could only be open with a pair of pipe grips! Upon our return, I called as requested, only to receive an answer phone. We went to "level four" pick up point, as instructed and waited 30 minutes, Telephoned again and waited a further 25 minutes. They rang me to ask where we were, then another call saying they were at "level 2" then either through lack of language skills or shear bad manners told they could not/would not collect from level 4. Caller denied working for "Bee" car parks. Final call vehicle arrived 90 minutes late. Driver did not say a single word !! Also Scam in system charging £14 per booking drop off fee yet our vehicle had three sets of passengers that's £42. NICE ONE !!!

This company, certainly their billing is based in Liverpool! They make the advertised charge very reasonable but unlike their competitors who make it very clear it does not include airport levy, this company only let you know in tiny print once booked! I suspect many turn up and are held 'over a barrel' to pay the addistional fees. I wanted in writing what these fees were and they just kept being vague. As far as i can see on heathrow website it is per vehicle but they would not confirm, implication being per person and each way which would add a massive amount to the parking fee. I then cancelled, they took a 'fee' which i am now challenging through AMEX. DO NOT USE THIS TIN POT SCAMMING COMPANY

They charge you £ 14 for taking you to the airport.
They disconnected by dash Cam from the cigarette lighter switch as well on the dash cam.
They done 15 miles on the car.
The driver side the mat covered with mud as if the car been in a field.
Lastly the sloe my jacket which I left in the car for me to wear on my return.
The driver collecting us from the airport very rude.
No light in the waiting area.
I have made a complaint no respond from Bee Parking Management

Great experience, very efficient when dropping off and collecting my car. I didnt wait long, Adeem communicated to me and collected me. No hassle and easy to do. Cost of parking is very reasonable compared to others.

Smooth pickup from Heathrow Airport and good communication from Adeem.

6 miles on the car when we returned which suggests it wasn't parked where we dropped off. This is fine but would be good to know.

So it's cheap and our car appears to have been safe, but is absolutely filthy.

And.....

Waited about 20 mins to be taken to the airport.

On return called up at 1238 and was told to wait in terminal, which was strange. Made our way to level 4 as advised when booked but had several missed calls while in the lift. Was advised to go to level 2 and they'd be there shortly. After waiting about 15 mins a van showed up and took 2 families who arrived after us. We called to see what was happening and the main number told us they'd ring the driver. We never heard back so I rang the initial driver and left a voicemail email. Got a call 10 mins later saying 'Bro I'm on my way'. 10 mins later he arrived, so 45 mins after being told he'd be there shortly. It was the same driver as picked up the other 2 families. Seat belts not all working in the van and the driver's driving was horrifically dangerous. Chopping and changing lanes and well over speed limits. Very quick on bends. Not a word from driver to people in his van. On arrival back just asked for reg number and keys were then handed over without a word.

All people back at car pick up were shocked at the service and the driving.

If you want cheap this is for you. If you prefer safety and service then absolutely no! Not for us!

And I note they gave the same response that they give to every poor review they get. Clearly not doing what they say they will.

Wonderful experience with this service and company really appreciate to driver Adeem who gives fabulous service and instructions throughout. Highly recommended.

Great service from these guys, I had Adeem pick us up from the airport on our return journey, I rang them after getting my luggage and by the time I got to level 2 car park he was already there. A short journey to their car park and my car was ready for me.

I see few negative reviews for these guys, but read the terms and conditions so will know what you are paying for.

Highly recommend these guys and for definite I will use them again if I’m flying from Heathrow airport.

Commumication is really very good with Adeem driver , easyly approachable

Finding the Holiday Inn and dropping off the car was easy. I had to wait a while to get a transfer to the terminal, however the driver was friendly.
Getting picked up was confusing but fast.
However, on arrival my car was filthy, had some scratches on the front driver side bumper and had been driven for 40 miles while I was away! Various controls had been changed which is irritating and heater was set to 29! Interestingly, I was unable to leave a review on their website! I was really hoping for a good outcome!
I will never park at one of these places again and will now happily pay a higher price. Dodgy cowboys!!

Felt like a very sketchy place to leave car, if I had a newer car I most likely wouldn’t have risked leaving it.
You call them 30 mins before arriving and it’s like they aren’t expecting you, left waiting in the cold for 30 mins before you are picked up.
The people who work there appear rude and hardly speak to you.
They ask for additional money to be taken to the airport.
The vans they take you to the airport in look like they need a good service, ours had the engine light on.
On returning for some reason our dash cam had been unplugged and the lights had been changed from auto to off meaning we were alerted from another driver our lights were off. Do not understand why things had been fiddled with in the car. The fact the dashcam had been unplugged was very concerning. Totally would not use this parking again and if you do, i’d recommend taking a picture of your mileage as you leave.
