I had heard from a number of both my clients and suppliers about the benefits of opening a BBX account. I was intrigued, but dubious.

However, life has taught me to keep an open mind, so I reached out to Jon Lacamino from BBX.

Jon was very generous with his time, explaining in very clear and easy to understand demonstration how being a BBX member could dramatically improve my sales, significantly reduce my costs and introduce me to a huge new marketplace.

There are many other benefits, to be honest, far to many to list in a review, but I have no reservations at all in highly recommending BBX membership to businesses ..... in fact, I already am to both my clients and suppliers.

If you ever get to see this Jon Lacamino, thank you for adding so many new benefits to all areas of our business.

My review is based on the customer service I receive from Jon Iacomino, my BBX business account manager.
Jon spends time really getting to know his clients and their needs thus allowing increased movement of funds within BBX.
Due to the service provided, I would recommend BBX to other businesses.

Very useful service sharing to boost your business. Pay for accountancy and consultancy costs by providing your services to other businesses.

It took me a while and a bit of pestering to get involved in BBX but I am so glad I did! Already gained 2 x new customers, 2 x new referrals and a few £100's worth of BBX to spend wherever I like.
What's not to like.

Shocking!! The worst business decision I’ve ever made

BBX has enabled me to grow my business. I have been a part of BBX for a long time and have enjoyed many new customers. One bit of advice is to take advantage of your account manager and keep regular contact.

I have been a BBX member since September 2019 and it was the best decision I could have made. I have made sales with BBX and I have used my BBX pound on xmas presents, on my buisness and even for getting a will done. I am looking forward to working with BBX more in the future. Jon Iacomino is my account manager and he is a star!

I joined BBX in 2015 and they proved to be an amazing asset for my business. I got all the business I needed, at the times I needed it.

By doing business within BBX I was able to use other members services to enhance, advertise and market for cash business and pay for these services by doing business at a time that suited me.

I’ve been with BBX since their launch in the UK. Would highly recommend them and the concept. If you’re a business owner then definitely worth looking into.

BBX has enabled me to grow my cash business by using my interest free BBX£s credit to spend on marketing at a level I could not afford in the cash world. I repay it with sales to other BBX account holders who they find me. A Win Win situation.

BBX has provided us with an excellent platform to not only sell excess stock and time but also to expand our market coverage where we gain further cash sales.

In addition it provides a welcoming and informative business community with regular trade events.

As a market awareness development tool alone it’s worthwhile, with the added benefit of providing a platform for moving stock.

If I could write a review with no stars given I would! Stay well away from these scammers! We had a sales rep come to our restaurant and sell us a dream and how business would fly through our doors .. not the case.

They said “if your not happy with BBX than money would be returned to us ... another lie! I had a guy who worked for the company laugh down the phone when I mentioned this. Then had the audacity to send me a docuform for me to sign. To this day I have not signed no contract and they are still trying to take money from my account! I want nothing to do with them. I even spoke to the CEO of the company where he hung up on me! Tried to call back and doesn’t answer, tried to call BBX no answer I’ve tried email and again no answer! Their a joke!

i have been with this shower of xxxx for around 4 years and in all that time i have tried to spend my BBX currency an no ones want to accept it. I no longer accept it as I have over £3000 worth of this worthless nonsense.

i get 2 calls every month or so from other disgruntled BBX'ers who like me can't spend it.

A big portion of the £3000 i had came directly with orders from BBX for business cards and leaflets and that soon dried up and I can only assume they had to sweeten another printer.

In all my time I bought a holiday to Cape Verde and a list of new businesses opening up or changing their business details in around 4 years of joining.

Very quick to take your money after forcing a sale down your throat after saying no multiple times - but as soon as you decide to say no as a final after the sales call, they dodge all emails asking for a refund which they apparently 'guarantee'.

I met one of their sales people at a networking event who sold it very differently in person, making it seem like he was going to outsource to my business some work. Once on the call for a meeting, it turned quickly into a sales pitch. That's fine. But when I said multiple times how it does not fit my business and I am not comfortable with it, the sales person couldn't take no for an answer. I understand sales techniques and anticipating no's but this bordered on forced to a point I just said yes to get off the call. I immediate did some due diligence to see that many people don't recommend BBX.

I was under the impression from them that they would charge me after I had signed the contract. I had not signed the contract and inquired about a refund, which they apparently guarantee, especially given I had not signed the agreement.

I've sent multiple emails to the two people I was speaking to the last months and not a single reply - forcing me to post here.

BBX is a big scam. Ended up paying thousands of pounds in fees without any business from them. I begged years to cancel my membership as I don't want to do any business with them and they just refused so the fees piled up in their thousands.
Right now we are preparing the case and take them to the court.
