This was completely a mistake. Never should’ve signed up. I do advise everyone who is thinking in joining this community or company if they call themselves that. This is just a trade exchange there no real money reaching your account. They failed to tell me that the “money” that gets to the BBX account is actually not real money and that it never reaches your bank account you have to spend that money back to that company for different purposes not for paying your wages or tools ext. please consider before you join. I was charged a fee for the application and they refused to refund it even though they failed to provide me with the information.

I highly recommend this fantastic service. Upon signing up I received some very professional advice in terms of how to set up my profile and use the platform. Almost immediately I acquired a client that was perfect for me, and also received some BBX pounds to spend on a range of other high value services. I am delighted with my experience and if you're sitting on the fence, jump straight in!

I've been a BBX member for 4 years and BBX has offered us another way to do business, we only sell spare capacity through the channels and buy what we need and for us as a small business it works really well.

Owning a small business can be tough, very tough, but using BBX has been an exceptional tool for a number of reasons. Firstly, when I am doing my marketing, instead of heavily depleting my cash reserves, I'm paying for it with excess tickets to my events! Which only cost me a couple of quid as opposed to hundreds. Also, being able to fill up last minute cancellations or tickets means my events sell out and I am able to sell my tickets to people who wouldn't have even been aware of my business. Alongside the networking and great account management, I would happily recommend BBX to other small business owners like myself.

Compete waste of time and money. Steer well clear they will hound you with phone calls and offer you needless services to get a commission.

Have a number of colleagues who have been involved with BBX. Let's say this - do I believe the glowing reports that say BBX is outstanding or the real reviews from real companies who claim it is a scam? You decide - but think before you sign on the line. You have been warned...

What a mistake! I was duped into spending money with them, I would not wish anyone to experience what threats I have had, my company is still new and still very vulnerable. I stopped paying them because my business was not benefiting in the slightest. They were sending me information for businesses which were of no use at all, most of them were in Dorset or further south. They are now going to charge me £2000.00 if I don't respond to their threats by Friday.
If Anyone has called me they don't want BBX currency, they want cash, who can blame them, if you research it, its worthless. please don't get caught out by them. I f you are contacted, report it.

As a newbie, personal experience has been exceptional so far.
We've been lucky to have Juan as an account manager, within a couple hours of joining and doing our intro BOOM! He's made a challenging substantial sale, we see a lot of potential using the platform now.

we are a very new training company, BBX stated that they can provide customers to fill up any empty places on our courses, they referred us to two seperate accountants, sadly neither could speak a word in English. They promised to provide us with marketing services, which when these companies got intouch they wanted cash from us. we have received absolutely nothing from BBX except threats of court action. Stating that i had signed a personal guarantee, (not a company one) which i had no knowledge of doing this. Due to financial difficulty we had to stop payments. In all we paid BBX £750.00 approx, in return we have received nothing but harassment. I wish i had researched this company more thoroughly before doing business with them, albeit, they have provided us with nothing in return.

Juan was very helpful throughout the whole process, highly recommend.

Failed to provide any value, only interested in selling their "rip off model". Stay well away, instead of promised refund if there's no use, will try to chase you for more money.

When they give you a client the fee goes into a BBX trade account which you spend on buying a service from another BBX trader, simple yes, like that. But what you do need to know is, if you are cash poor in your business and not VAT registered, steer clear. You have to pay around 15% commission in cash (out of your bank account) plus VAT = 35% commission! This comes out of your cash - that is how they get paid and you pay a monthly fee. This model depletes the cash in your business so I do not know why people do it. It certainly did not work for my business - and trying to close the account is painful too! They say there are over 90k businesses but when you search on the platform, in the UK there is not many to choose from, so when you want to spend your BBX money it is not easy! If you are growing a business and don't have much money in the bank i would give this a miss, there are better ways to grow your business.

I was onboarded by Juan Harris who was such a help. Not pushy at all and listened to how much I wanted to work and just got on with the job of introducing me to appropriate contacts. Through him I was able to take on board a new accountant and SEO agency to help my business. In turn, he was able to introduce me to contacts who required my skills. He also took the pain out of it and processed all the transactions for me which was even better! So far BBX has been a great way for me to network and find trusted suppliers.

Juan is really personable and he makes the on-boarding process simple - a great ambassador for BBX.
