I have been a box member for some years and would recommend them to any business. It’s a good way of bringing in customers who wouldn’t of found you otherwise. It does take a bit of work to make it work for you but it’s worth the time invested

Not recommended. Lost lots of time and money using this service. The team promise one thing and before you know it, they're taking money from you that they should not be taking. Did lots of work for others and left with nothing, they are now 'donating it to their chosen charity'. Avoid at all cost.

No resolution. No procedure. Miscommunication and shambles throughout. Stay clear. You were warned.

Secondly, how can we have had thousands of pounds worth of value when there is nothing to spend the 'BBX currency' on?

We still have thousands sat in the account that we can't spend. Our business has not had any value from BBX - in fact, we have lost time and money.

I have written this review not for you, as I know you are not bothered about our custom. I am writing this to warn any other business from making the same mistakes we have done. This will be our final response. We have said enough.

Joined BBX a couple of months ago, absolutely love it. I've used an accountant who has saved me money. I use printers for all my business needs. It's a great way to save your business money on outgoings and using your spare capacity. I've also made connections with some great businesses that will help build mine.

Very helpful company and easy to deal with. Any queries are sorted quickly and efficiently.
