The plant wasn't delivered and even after constant chasing, I'm getting emails asking for feedback and not resolution or refund!!! Terrible experience!

I ordered cake on MOTHER'S DAY, in bakings.in website, but order rejected automatically without my permission & told refund between 5 to 7 days,but today 24th day still refund not received, I emailed daily for refund they are saying, there was a temporary problem - delivery email problem, very irresponsible behavior for customer, mother's day is very centimental, but in that day they are doing like this worrest experience with bakings.in team.i rated 1 star for their behavior.

The cake was different than the order. But it was good For 149 Rs only sngle rose flower was delivered it was also not according to the order.

Greeting card that I ordered was not delivered.

I have ordered a gift for a surprise delivery on 25th february. End moment received a email that they wont be able to make the delivery and refund has to be provided by 5-7 business days. They literally ruined a plan of surprise and mental torture by making people run behind for refund. Till May 31st their 7 business days have been completed. I paid rs 2594 and havent received back yet. I wrote to the customer service multiple time and they state that they are facing issues with bank for getting the payment processed. Being working in a bank related job i dont understand which bank do this kind of service which can cause a problem to their credibility. And initially phone number was there in website which was not reachable and now that is also removed. Such a fraud it is.

I request that every customer not order anything from these (Bakings) beggars. They are cheaters and spoilers of events.

I recently ordered cakes, bouquets, and other items worth 2700+ for my anniversary. They did not deliver anything and cancelled the order on the day of my anniversary, which was on 27th April (Order #70429). Since then, I have been following up with these idiots for a refund, and these beggars have not processed it.

Such shame. These idiots are running a fraudulent business across the city and should be jailed for cheating customers.

The follow-up during a crisis is very much apt and satisfying.

Don't order from here.EVER.Worst service.EVER.Took my money and cancelled last minute and haven't refunded me yet.Every time I mail them they keep saying they will process my refund in the next 48-72 hours.Its been months now,but still haven't recieved my refund yet. Frauds.Scammer.Beware people.Hope they run out of business if this is how you think of samming people.

If there is negative marking, then I would prefer to give negative marking. Worse than the worst: fraud. Don't trust. I ordered (order number #71350) a cake for my mother on Mother's Day at around 10 in the morning and received an email of cancellation from Baking. in at 1 around on the same day and was informed of a 5-7 day refund of the amount. It's been 17 days and I haven't received the refund. Above all, there is no customer service, only email communication where they have repeatedly asked for 24-72 days in every email. This is really a fraudulent platform. I don't know how people give them ratings or if they are their own people who rate them. This company has to shut down. I highly urge the people not to trust this.

This is the fraud please beg but do not cheat customers by this way of taking order and just cancelling without informing the customer. And saying the refund would be processed and refund yet. Fraud site please don't make any order at this site they people take money online and cancel your order after 1hr but do not refund your money..
How cheap they are they create this site only to do this kind of fraud to people

I edited the review because I got refund after 27 days they are very slow in refunding I am not sure what's happening there I make lots of effort to got refunded be aware and improve your services if you are not available in particular city than this is your fault not customers so you should refund quick
