Bakings Arvostelua

Online photo of cake and the actual cake i recieved is different

The weight of delivered cake is lesser than the ordered. Your delivery person refused to deliver it to my residence. Instead, he insisted us to come and collect from the main gate of my society which is about 300 m from my home.

Cake taste is good and deliver timing is perfect.buy the ordered message for confirmation and customer care was poor

#Fraud company #DO NOT ORDER#
I wish I had seen this review before placing the order on April, it’s may 15. One and half month passed with no refund. When take the order if they cannot delivery and cancel and call it refund initiated. Fraud company. I will come back and edit when the refund gets processed so others can be safe. DO NOT RECOMMEND and DO NOT ORDER with such fake company.

The cake was as mentioned and reached in time

Extremely disappointed with the service. My order was never delivered, and even after more than 7 days, I still have not received my refund. I contacted customer support multiple times through messages and email, but there has been no proper response or resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. Customers should not have to wait this long for their own money. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they improve their customer support and refund process immediately.

Iam very very disappointed with ur delivery. U have delivered the wrong cake according to ur availability and not according to the customer. If it was not available u should have said it and I would have ordered another cake. As iam in chennai and ordered the cake to Kerala could not come personally and hand over the cake back to u and taken my money back. Good thing about this site is that they don't provide any contact number for emergency as they know that if anything goes wrong customer will not be able to shout at us. I have sent mail as well the messages in the contact coloum but no response for anything. Very good customer service. I would never recommend any one to order cake from this site and lose there money.

Very poor service.. Firstly they accepted my order which was a cake, note and a bouquet. Next day they said they will only be able to deliver a cake. I was like okay. I asked them to send a note with a cake.
My friend got the cake with a wrong note.
Now for the bouquet I asked them to send me to send the refund confirmation or receipt.
Once the came got delivered they stopped responding only.
I have been following up with them everyday.
Very bad 👎
Don't order from here it's pathetic

Didn't delivered the order. Took extra charge for midnight delivery but cancelled the order at the last moment and not refunding my money inspite of repeated mails. Probably it's a scam and I would recommend to stay away and not to use this site to order cake

Seems like totally fraud people. There is no customer care number. Money was deducted but got no confirmation mail from these people. No ways to verify. And. No option for cancellation or refund available.

Worst Experience, Paid full amount which is costly then other but still only partial delivery done.

Pathetic experience 😞

Customer service is very bad,i placed an order which was cancelled after the payment was made ,after follow up of order they cancelled the order. It was said that refund would be made within 7 business days and it's been 15 days and there is no refund I really regret placing an order from this website and I would not suggest this page further, better to report.

Public service announcement: never trust “Bakings” Flowers if your surprise actually matters.

These geniuses happily took the order, took the money, confirmed everything like professionals… then completely disappeared on Mother’s Day like amateurs running a scam from a garage.

No flowers.
No delivery.
No proper update.
No accountability.

And then these clowns suddenly changed the tracking status to “refund requested” — even though I never requested any refund in the first place.

Absolutely pathetic service.
You didn’t just fail a delivery — you ruined a meaningful surprise and wasted people’s time, money, and emotions.

If incompetence had a business model, this would be it

I want to give 0 star to them, they are fraud... please don't order Cakes or any other thing from this site.they Cancel the order and after that they did not have contact no for refund amount they just mail we will refund but it's around 6 months they still not Refunded my money

Please be careful from this site as this website is fraud there is no customer care they will take your money on the name of cake and will not refund you back

I had ordered single rose cake but some other cake was delivered. Moreover, I did not receive the required refund.

Thank you for delicious fruit cake. It really made some one’s day special. Actually I ordered it for my brother & his wife as anniversary surprise. I was really excited with their comments & your delivery was really quick as i am living quite far from them. Thanks again.

I wouldn't even rate this website. Don't know if it's real. Ordered from bakings , money was paid order was confirmed then bakings cancelled the order as they couldn't deliver to the location and refund was initiated. Since then it's been a week. There is no response from bakings team and the number provided is also invalid . They do not reply to any mail.

I am truly thankful to Bakings to deliver my order to a small place where most of the vendors unable to.
Thank you so much to take the efforts and made my sister happy on her 25th wedding anniversary and made her special day more special.
Just a suggestion, your website don't have any contact number for any emergency regarding the order if we have.
Thank you again Bakigs for serving me.

Good quality
