I have had a very positive experience with the Sova team. My health coach, Raksha, has been extremely sincere, dedicated, and supportive throughout my health improvement journey. She consistently followed up with me every week to monitor my progress and regularly customized my diet plan based on my health improvements and any challenges I faced. The personalized diet plan and effective portion control have significantly helped improve my IBS condition.

The support from Raksha was fantastic. She followed up with me on a regular basis and guided me through the Gut Health journey effectively

After so much of research, i tried getting tested for Sova gut health test. Once i got the report and counselled, i was shocked to see that i have only 7 good microbes out of 31 good bacteria or present. I have sever gastric problem, chest discomfort and improper bowel movements. but once i started the SovaX powder, slowly i started getting improvement and till now i had used 2 months course and there is lot of improvement. The good part is part is counselling sessions every week. we get tailored diet plan and regular follow ups to understand better on our diet. I strongly recommend this programme.

Response from team is very poor. Only nutrition consultant Komal ji is responsive and helpful. Even doctors for medical consultation do not attend meetings on time and keep on extending. Team is more into selling than helping.

On instagram reel they claimed that they will consult me for the acidity if i register. When i tried to register, it asked for 250 rs. I did it anyway because the amount was small. They claimed this 250 rs was for consultation. During the consultation, they didnt diagonise me. They dont even have a doctors to consult you, forget even Gastroenterologist. During the consultation they told me, that they cant tell me anything untill I pay 8000 for test. Then i checked the reviews online and learned that, even people who paid 8000 were asked later to pay in tens of thousands. Sounds like sophisticated scammers.

Disappointing Experience with Sova Health

I paid ₹26,000 for the consultation/program expecting proper guidance and a structured approach to improving my gut health. However, my experience so far has been disappointing.

I was told during the first consultation that the probiotic supplement would be discussed/started in the second meeting. After following the diet, I started experiencing constipation for 3 days and pimples on my face, so I contacted them for guidance.

Instead of getting a clear plan regarding the probiotic supplement and the diet changes I should make, I was told that more than one month had already passed and that I would need to extend the consultation.

My concern is that I don't want the consultation to be stretched unnecessarily, especially when the probiotic supplement had already been discussed as a planned next step.

For the amount paid, I expected clear communication, proper follow-up, and transparent guidance about what is included in the program and when supplements would be introduced.
I hope Sova improves its communication and provides clearer expectations to customers before they commit to the program.

Sova initially pitches to treat or restore gut microbiome by seeking Rs.6000. Then it reveals that its for stool analysis only. They charged Rs.30000 for 3months of probiotics. Effects were poor. Then they said another Rs. 8000 for another 3months which i denied becos no stool analysis were taken to understand the improvement in gut microbiome population. Initially They try to do panic selling and later pressure us to pay by giving spot discount. Money minded company. In a way they are fraud

I paid ₹20000 on 7 August for a supplement subscription and related services As of 1 September I have neither received a satisfactory update nor a proper resolution Every time I contact customer support I am given the same response that the order is under process When I ask for a timeline or request cancellation I am told that the order cannot be cancelled

What has frustrated me the most is the complete lack of communication My WhatsApp messages are not being answered and the personal contact numbers provided at the time of payment are either not responding or not picking up calls For a company that takes advance payment this level of customer service is unacceptable

Another aspect I found unreasonable was the repeated demand to constantly send proof of everything I was eating Guidance and accountability are understandable but there should also be a level of trust and respect for the customer

Based on my personal experience I strongly advise people to avoid this company If you are considering joining their program I suggest you think very carefully before making any payment

SCAM WARNING: Exploitative Sales Funnel, Zero Results, and Massive Waste of Money

I am writing this review to warn everyone about Sova Health. They operate an aggressive sales funnel disguised as personalized healthcare, taking advantage of people who are genuinely suffering and looking for help.

My complete experience with them was a total nightmare and a financial drain:

The Bait (Gastro/Gut Test): It starts with a gut microbiome test costing ₹6,000. Regardless of your actual condition, the report conveniently claims your gut microbes are severely "disturbed" to create panic.

The Upsell (Overpriced Products & Coaching): Once you receive the report, they push their own expensive supplements worth ₹20,000 for a 3-month supply, alongside an exorbitant ₹10,000 fee for a 3-month dietician program.

Hidden Costs: On top of these huge fees, they bombard you with a long list of external lab tests that you have to pay for out of your own pocket.

Unqualified Consultations: The doctors and staff they connect you with show a complete lack of real medical knowledge. Every time I raised a concern, their only scripted response was, "Just keep following what you've been told."

Zero Results & Endless Traps: I strictly followed every single rule, diet plan, and supplement routine they prescribed for 3 months, yet my health problem did not improve even by 1%. Instead of taking accountability after 3 months of zero progress, they immediately started pressuring me to extend the package for another 3 months to extract even more money.

I ended up losing nearly ₹50,000 for absolutely zero relief, useless supplements, and generic advice.

Sova Health is nothing more than a commercial trap selling expensive packages under the guise of wellness. Do not trust this company with your health or your hard-earned money.

My name is mek lama and iam from assam i happen suffering digestive issue scine 6 years and I found sova in insta they charge me around 30 k test is done I don't know whose test is this but they suggest me to take probiotic still medicine been one month not providing or delivery me what to do please suggest fake people is so many in india...I lost my money and helpline number is busy

Horrible product "ColCalm". Plus they kept on threatening me of spoiling my CIBIL score, if I failed to pay the instalment of 233!😀😀 Plus their customer support executive, some lady was totally lacking respect and sense.

Never buy COLCALM It's ineffective and 3rd grade.

My concerns were not addressed

In the gut panel test h pylori was not found, which is easily detectable but when i went for endoscopy at gaestro clinic h pylori was found , made me question the credibility of entire test, if someone really want to do check for microbiota, please donot select these guys.

I had took 4 months trial. They sold me another four month with emotional offer. After 15 days of extended trial I told to refund for balance 3.5 months extended amount since I was not satisfied. Till date no refund recived also not satisfied. Feeling like only money matters and not customer satisfaction. Beware of any renewal or other plans from Sova.

Booked a few tests with them, they found out that the area is not serviceable for one of the tests. They booked a test in bundle without even checking if the area is serviceable. Now they don't want to process a refund for the whole bundle when the most important test is not available. Fraud company and a total waste of time and money.
