Different and low quality Cake received. Birthday candles also not received. Amount was paid for premium cake and received low quality. Is this your service? Worst service. They looted my money. I need my refund of cake and candles.

I got wrong cake,the cake I ordered I didn't get that cake

The cake displayed on the website was completely different from the one actually delivered. They should be delivering exactly the same cake that they show while ordering. Very Unprofessional behavior, will never prefer ordering again.

We ordered Kitkat Cake but some other cake has been delivered so we are not happy.

I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and within 1 hour the cake reached to her ,it was a midnight order ,still it was on time .

Cake was good..only issue is that I tried to send the cake to my daughter SRIJA NAHA, who I mentioned as receiver, but my name SANDIP NAHA was written on the cake..which spoiled the mood a bit..anyway.. please take care of these small sentimental things..regards

Wrong Delivery!

Poor Service and Unfulfilled Order from Bakings.in - Frustrating Experience.I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Bakings.in and feel I was misled.

placed an order on for [Red rose flower bouquet, cake and flowers with stand]. The website showed the item as available and payment was successfully processed. However, received a damaged and wrong item / no response from customer support / they stopped responding after payment] on 15th june 2026.
No clear communication or accountability from their team.
I do not recommend ordering from Bakings. in based on my experience. Please double-check before making any payment. I'm posting this to warn others.

It’s a duplicate company… Fraud ful people… Faltu Company…. No HR… No Technical Team…. No Manager…. No co-ordination between anyone in the company…. No refunds are made…. The most “Faltu” company in this world… Should be sent to jail… the whole team of Bakings….!! Anpad & Gawar Company..😂😂😂😂 with big big talks…!!

Very bad taste and quality

I ordered chocolate rose cake
They delivered Pineapple flavoured
and different flavoured design cake altogether

I got the wrong cakei want refund

I specifically requested that "Happy Wedding Anniversary" be written on the cake and also asked for a small personalized note from me. Unfortunately, neither request was handled properly.

To make matters worse, the recipient received a text message stating that the cake was sent by someone else's name instead of mine. Personalization was the main reason for placing this order, and it was disappointing to see such a simple request missed.

Based on my experience, this company is primarily a cake delivery service and does not seem to provide reliable personalized gifting services. If personalization is important to you, I would recommend choosing another provider rather than The Bakings.

I am extremely disappointed with the cake I received. I ordered a Chocolate Choco Chip cake, but the design was completely different from the image shown while placing the order. The taste was also very poor and did not meet expectations.
Additionally, the flowers shown in the product image were not provided, and even the chocolate decoration was different from what was advertised. Overall, the cake looked and tasted nothing like what was promised.
This was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would appreciate an explanation and an appropriate resolution

Here is my bitter experience. I was ordered 3 item as midnight delivery for my wife's birthday. Got the last-minute communication saying that "midnight delivery is not available unfortunately. Sorry for the inconveniences". After somany follow-ups, finally I have received my order on next day with a missing item. I have enquired about it with the delivery boy, he saying that he is just a delivery partner and unaware of the missing stuff. He called the respective shop and they said that particular order item is not available at the moment. There is no proper communication about it. I sent few emails to follow up my missing items, but there is no response yet. Though I didn't get any reply on my order issue, I constantly getting feedback emails. Totally a worst experience.
