Refund of money for order 74615 which you took from me and cancelled saying delivery not possible. Bakizo took my prepaid cake order and later cancelled it saying delivery not possible in your pin code , so we will refund your money . It's been over two months but they haven't. Whenever asked they say it will be done shortly but they do not refund. Now you can't mail them also . The mail bounces. It's a cheat company. Totally fraud !

These guys have taken my order and cancel by themselves and after 7months of email followup and a cyber fraud happened their website has been down.
Please don’t rely on them for any products and services and when we search for their store or outlet there in nothing existing.

Worst experience
This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Bakizo cancelled my order themselves because they were unable to deliver to my location. Despite the cancellation being entirely on their end, I have still not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and reminders requesting an update and the UTR/reference number, but all I have received are repeated assurances that the refund is “being processed.”

Keeping a customer’s money after cancelling the order yourself is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, delayed responses, and failure to process refunds in a timely manner reflect extremely poor customer service.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before placing an order. If you do order, be prepared for a long and frustrating process if your order is cancelled and you need a refund.

they are fooling customers..i have filled complaint against them as well in cyber cell.

This is big fraud company. They took order and immediately cancelled it. I never got my refund. They keep responding on mail but never refund the amount. Biggest fraud I had to face.

you are big fraud company misusing resembling name to take order, get paid and immediately express inability to to deliver NEVER REFUND MONEY
DO NOT FALL TRAP, THEY ARE MIS USING NAME OF BAGINZO ( ACTUAL COMPANY) THEIR WEB SITE SHOULD BE BLCOKED TO PREVENT MORE GETTING CHEATED

Not received my ordered item

They are scammers,they only take orders which never get deliver neither get refund. Its been 1 month and I didn't get my refund amount back and these cheaters are not replying on the email as well.
