This was my first time using this flower delivery service, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience.

I had confirmed all details with their team via WhatsApp/Email, including the order, price, delivery time (1 PM), and location. I had clearly informed that this was a surprise delivery and that the receiver would be occupied with her jubilee function, so she might not be able to answer calls. Since the delivery location was a church parish hall, it should have been easy to locate her and hand over the bouquet. I made several calls to the support team and one call was attended and she was very rude to me.

However, your delivery person arrived only after 1:45 PM. He asked for the receiver’s name and showed the bouquet to her but did not hand it over, stating that he needed to take a picture. I never asked for a picture. Even after noticing that she was having food and agreeing to wait to take a picture , he disappeared afterward without delivering the bouquet directly. Eventually, the bouquet was found left unattended somewhere in the hall. This is highly unprofessional—he should have ensured proper handover before leaving.

Additionally, I paid INR 2600 for a bouquet of 50 flowers, but only 25 flowers were delivered. This is unacceptable. There is no refund and no response for my complaint email.

I also strongly urge you to improve your service quality to avoid such issues in the future.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this service. I ordered a cake and chocolates four days in advance and paid around ₹3000, including extra charges for scheduled delivery—and honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money.

These people completely messed up the delivery. The cake didn’t arrive on time and ruined my friend’s birthday. What’s even worse is that not a single call or email was answered. Not one. This kind of careless and irresponsible behavior is just ridiculous.

After a long delay, they finally arranged delivery through some local shop and sent the cake in the afternoon—by then the whole occasion was already spoiled. What’s the point of paying extra for scheduled delivery if you can’t even do the bare minimum?

This is not just bad service, it’s straight-up pathetic. It honestly feels like they take your money and then don’t give a damn about what happens next.

This isn’t even about money anymore—it’s about trust and reliability, and this company has none. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid this service unless you want your special occasions ruined.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

I had a very bad experience with My Flower Gift. I ordered a cake and flowers 5 days in advance for my parents’ anniversary, with delivery scheduled on 14 April at 10 AM.

On the day, there was no response to calls for hours. After repeated follow-ups, they replied on WhatsApp and assured delivery—but nothing arrived on time. My family and guests waited and even delayed the celebration, but the event was completed without the cake, which was very embarrassing and heartbreaking.

Finally, the order was delivered at 4 PM, which is completely unacceptable. The cake delivered was not what I ordered, and delivered from a small local shop near by my house and was of much lower value than what I paid (₹3153). Flowers were not delivered at all.

This is not about money—it’s about trust, reliability, and respect for customers’ special moments. especially for important occasions. This kind of irresponsible service can ruin special moments.

Think twice before ordering from them.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and payment was taken immediately, but the order was never delivered. There has been no response from customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from here until they improve their service and communication. 🚫📦💸

This company is completely fraudulent and unprofessional. They took around 3150 rs from me via phone and delivered incomplete items. Whatever they did deliver was of extremely poor, roadside quality. The cake and flowers were nowhere near what was promised, despite charging a very high amount.

There has been no response to emails or calls, and no proper follow-up from their side. They have not processed any return or refund either.

This feels like a total scam. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone.

fraud and scam , no time on delivery even it was booked weeks ago, and delayed after 1 day and delivered some random plant not which was described and paid for the price

I Have made an order and delivery on midnight I have choose but they didn't deliver at midnight despite they delivered it next and very bad experience not packed well I told them to make a basket but they packed it like that cake I selected that is also changed not the same one very pathetic service no one is responding calling numbers are also fake no one is picking on email they are responding very very late I was in some other country and want to make it special for someone they ruined it completely Don't order from them they don't respond on time

Very disappointing experience with My Flower Gift.I placed and paid for an order in advance for a birthday cake, but later they asked for an extra ₹400 delivery charge, claiming the location was out of town something that was not disclosed at the time of ordering.When I contacted customer service, the responses were rude and unprofessional, even though I had the payment receipt, order number, WhatsApp and email confirmation.Poor communication and very disappointing service. Definitely not the experience one expects when ordering for a special occasion. Still waiting for my refund which they refused and said would give a credit note which till date I haven’t got. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, You will lose your money,time and peace of mind.

Ugh, what a rip-off! I ordered something for a special occasion and paid 1600, plus an extra 200 for delivery. It's been more than three weeks since it was supposed to arrive, and when I tried to contact customer service, they said my order number wasn't valid. Now I have no gift, no refund, and no one's even replying to me.

Totally ruined our special day.

I ordered one cake. But what I received was totally different and very low quality. Not even 400 rs worth. But I paid more than 900 for the cake. I ordered candles which I didn't receive. Also the order was not delivered on time. No response from anyone.do not place any order to them. They will definitely spoil your special occasion

They are making absolutely sure that they arm twist in getting the money without delivering. They've taken the payment without confirming that there would be any extra charges in delivering. Unfortunately the business is only made to make sure that they suck people's money.

It was unfortunate that I couldn't read the reviews before placing the order.

I did not take the refund as credit nite, as it'll not be used and the refuse to revert the payment.
