Not worthy...Poor Service and late delivery and no response from the team

You guys are running a scam.
I ordered a mango cheese cake worth 2099 INR, and what i received were 2 tiny mango sweets worth 700 INR.
I will expose you everywhere!

Cake was excellent even thou it was not delivered on time

The cake received in damaged condition. It was very strange situation. At last moment where we were busy in celebration we diverted in mood to inform you about damage. the delivery person was kept the cake in backpack. i had shared the photo also. till now neither received payment back nor anybody called back nor another cake arranged. you didn't provide anywhere contact no so that we can immediately notify the issue. However mail is dropped with photo. awaiting payment refund. request to improve delivery system.

You send tag Happy Birthday
Very bad poor service

Thanx for your lovely service with the cake.
Our family members loved that.

I ordered for a different cake, the one delivered was different..... I ordered for a bouquet as well and paid for also.... bouquet was not received.....

the order was sent via some shop named Warmoven Cakes - I tried calling them - no answer, no return of call either.....

It was my parents 34th Anniversary and the joy was ruined

You have delivered purple orchids instead of white ones and you guys have literally ordered it from blinkit and if we had to do blinkit we could have done it ourselves. What is this behavior? Can you please refund because it's literally not what I ordered and it's wrong. U didn't even try to like tell us that u don't have white orchids. Refund my money now itself. This is not how you deliver products.

If I had an option to choose 0 stars as a rating, I would have done that. They have taken my order, didn’t give COD as an option which I understand but cancelled my order later and not refunding anything.
I’ve been trying to reach out to support via emails calls but no response at all. Fake company
Do not ever buy from them

Guys, this is a scam. It’s a completely fake website — do not trust it. They will take your order and your money, but when it’s time for delivery, they’ll send you an email saying your order has been cancelled.

Please beware of these kinds of fake websites. I made the mistake of reading all the reviews and trusting that they would deliver, but they cheated me too.

> Photo reference and the product delivered is not the same.
> Subject given, not written on the cake.
> A flower bouquet is delivered as two single roses wrapped.
Felt totally waste of money.

Cake was Good

Very bad very disappoint......not to buy never

Very very very very very very..... Pooorrr customer service and its misleading
They show the availability in website wen we pay and buy ,after some minutes they send a MAIL "not even a call " telling that " your order cancelled due to non availability"
If that so why the hell need to show in Website
And also when we request for refund they tel 5-7 working days for refund such nonsense
I am still waiting and it's been 1 MONTH still no refund
No proper response from Customer service No Customer service number to call them only Mail
Guys please do not buy from this website it's a fraud Company they cancel order and they do not refund the amount
"FRAUD COMPANY "

Horrible experience, Order yellow roses . Received red ones that to small in size. Tried reaching customer care by all means, no response. Never ever ordering from here again.

The cake was melted and broken

Had placed a cake and flowers combo order paid the money. Last month may they cancelled the order on their own and now it's one month they haven't refunded the money

Prompt and heartwarming gesture. Cake was fresh and wonderfully decorated olus the flower bouquet waa also fresh.
