Difficulty receiving refund on cancellation
I made a booking and few hours later well outside 48 hours free cancellation,I cancelled the booking due to change of travel plan. 5 days after, I'm still waiting for my refund. At the time of the booking, my bank account was debited instantly, but I have to wait for days for the legitimate refund.

I want a refund
I want a refund, the reservation did not happen. When I went to the office at the time I made the reservation, the office was closed. There were 5 other families waiting for a car like me. Although it was 12:00, the office did not open and we could not pick up the car. We were both victimized and could not follow a certain program of our trip. There was no one responsible and the phones did not answer. I had to rent a new car at the airport at the last minute

Bad English, did not provide a car, did not send cancellation or refund even after offering it
In case of flight delays the e-mail states AutoEurope must be informed by phone call (not e-mail), and when we called the person could not speak English and did not understand a single word.
After calling again a very bad English customer service staff said we can have an after hours pick up, the person will come and we have to pay extra 36€ which we accepted. When we arrived there was no one to pick the car up. We called the customer service and they told us they cannot do anything at the moment, we have to call again the next day. The next day we called and they told us we can do the car cancellation, which we agreed, and that we will receive the cancellation e-mail soon. We never received the cancellation e-mail, never received the car, and never received the refund. Highly unproffesional, marketing as an international service yet cannot speak english and insisting on phone calls which up to now cost us additional 70€ because of roaming and all the agents kept saying give us a moment until we ask our supervisors and left us waiting with the music which made each phone call 5+ minutes long, up to 15min.
About the reply: I got an e-mail requesting more info, but after filling it up, and clicking "submit" the link was broken and unable to submit. The link offering to intervene has already expired since the reply comes more than 24h after the end of the rental period.
