Given the response from AutoEurope,
I would like to make it clear that it is their responsibility to make sure you can reach them - at this point they do not and possibly cut you off. I was not able to obtain a non-800 number from them, I could not reach them and the situation was stressful.

Very bad service
Very bad service!
I received an email the first of July, where they offered me a full cover insurance for 60 € for the entire period.
I tried to get the offer right away but it was not possible, I tried all day but same result: no possible to change the voucher on line, please contact us.
Of course they don’t have a green number, so people have to pay for an international expensive call!
Anyway, I tried to call them anyway from Germany and they say that now it was too late!
The operator even blame me because I could do that long time ago when I made the reservation! Once again I find this service very bad and it is absolutely the last time I use autoeurope for sure!
There are not even cheap since i paid more than 600€ for a small car for 2 weeks!
Never again this company!

Centauro Rent a Car.
Hi Dear,
Honestly it was worst rental experience ever.
1- I got full insurance via your web site but when i go to Centauro local office ,they explained , it is not full insurance i have to pay 48€ more for secure rent otherwise they will block 1100€ for damage deposit and 138€ for gassoline deposit and i chose this option(scam1)
2-They said rear scratch already with car notting more. When i check to car for quick look seen a lot of scratches and midnight with poor light try to get photo but didnt work then i back to office and they said please take a video with flashlight and i did expertise for them for 20 min. When i check-out the car from office, guy told me scratches are in car.
Then i showed videos we deal again.(scam2)
3- I lost 20-30 minutes while receiving the vehicle. And total experince with shuttle service were more then hour. While delivering car to office were 11.02 pm and they charged 40 € for 2 minutes late penalty. I offer extend one day extention instead of charge and they offer 110€ for one day that i payed based 35€per day. (Scam3)
In summary, i request at least cancel late check out penalty otherwise i will share all those review soon, and please fix this problems and no more scam people.Article 1 is your problem and 2,3 are for Centauro

Auto Europe working with scammer: Green Motion Corfu
Auto Europe is working with Green motion car rental company, whose offices in Corfu airport Greece are pure scammers and extorsionists. I was scammed by Green motion, when they made up deffects on the car i rented, even if i showed them proof that was not true. Just look at how bad the reviews are about Green Motion Corfu Airport on google maps. Many people were scammed by these guys.
Shame on Auto Europe for not checking and seeing this situation, since reviews are one click away.
