I have spent much on the products and shipping and neither product works properly in my home ,hard to smell anything,not like what I expected after being in the casinos

I ordered this machine which was like $300 when converted to Canadian. The scent was absolutely nothing like the actual scent from the hotel it promised to smell like. In fact, the scent gave me migraines just from opening the bottle. Which is fine, scents are personal preference. But when I asked for them to send blotters/samples of other scents, they told me I would have to pay even though they could easily have been stuck in an envelope for 1.50 USD shipping to Canada. I felt the scent was a false promise, and the customer service was non-existent. Now I have a $400 scent machine that is useless.

Device is pricey and noisy but I love the scents! Watched a video on setup- it was easy. The device itself is very low tech- it feels lightweight & made out of cheap plastic. The design of inserting the blue bottle upside down is a delicate balancing act or you’ll spill oil all out the front of the device!!
I liked the scents I ordered but they do die down over time & I have to increase the intensity in the device.
There are better machines out there!! Not sure that I’d recommend the oil & definitely not the machine!

Overpriced and did not smell like the Bellagio. Pleasant scent, but not worth the price.

You ship and process online orders almost as quickly as Amazon, which is truly amazing. I absolutely love the fragrance I bought! A couple of years ago, we went to South Beach, and the Mariott used the Attune fragrance in their hotel. All I wanted was to stay in the lobby and just breathe!! It is a wonderful fragrance!! I’m now using it in my diffuser but I will purchase the whole diffuser/fragrance kit- so I can enjoy South Beach memories!!!

Excellent service and product. I love the inviting scent as I approach my front door. I am still working on determining which I like best; I've tried five so far. My favorite, to date, is pink grapefruit.

Purchased the "professional" machine. Things looked promising at first. After one day, when I checked on the unit (installed on the central venting system), the display was off, I turned it on by pressing the ENT or > buttons. While it came on, the display showed all scrambled lines. Had to restart unit in order for the display come back on, but continued to show random lines. The issue continued even after multiple restarts. Contacted Aroma Retail who immediately diagnosed the issue as a motherboard issue and offered to send a replacement unit. New unit was received within a week; unfortunately, this "new" unit does not even turn on!!! Now waiting to hear from Aroma Retail on next steps, though very disappointed about quality of these "machines" and life span of the products. Will update review as I will decide where to go from here.

12/2/2021: For two months Aroma Retail support team has tried to address the various issues. It seems one of the machines had a manufacturing issue which was quickly "repaired" by connecting internal wires... Unfortunately both machines experiment one common issue; specifically the display does not wake up from sleep and unit has to be power reset in order to establish full functionality. This issue continues.

Enjoying my 101 machine and hope that my sweet wife will pick more than one scent, just to mix it up. She loves the Kudzu vine smell but not many persons outside of the south are familiar with it.

The statement about percent of intensity is incorrect, but I am learning how to adjust for my family.

As I can not safely travel outside the USA, I may stop by your location before 2022. Be safe friends.

Surprise brokerage fees led to higher than expected total after machine arrived. Explanation was clear but only offered alternative actions possible for future orders, no rectifications on order placed.

My apologies for the confusion in order numbers. To be clear and fair, the most recent one did not incur any fees because I did ship it to the US and then forward it to Canada, as it was one of your suggestions when I originally reached out in 2020, for my first order.

That order direct to Canada was the one I incurred extra fees. I did reach out at that time but as mentioned the only solution offered was alternative methods for future purchases, which I followed this time in 2021.
