Ever since we started smelling these scents in the hotels we stayed out, I wanted to have them for my home. I am so glad we stumbled on this website and the scents are just as I remember them. I was not disappointed. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm very happy with the product. We have a small taproom and bottle shop and I use the residential device. It's perfect. I've actually had people come in because they smell it from the sidewalk and ask what we use to create it. We are using waterfall. Very happy to have it .

I bought the 101 home unit. Overall, shipping was fast and instructions were pretty straightforward. Fragrance smells just just like Marriott hotels’ fragrance but the BIG flaw is the STRENGTH. Even at 80% I have to literally walk in front of the machine to get a whiff of the fragrance. It seems to have been over diluted.

Please work on the strength of your fragrances.

I was going to purchase the PROFESSIONAL HVAC unit, but I will be holding off on that.

Scents are great. Descriptions of scents are accurate. A friend made me aware of how each Vegas casino has different scents. It's been fun bringing those scents home. Products are well packaged; protected but not excessive packing materials.

I have 6 of the Langham diffusers in 1360 square feet. I can’t smell them.

I have wanted the smell of flamingo hotel since I went there 5 years ago I live in the Uk and had searched everywhere then I found aroma retail the items arrived super quick to England I wasn’t disappointed at all the spray candle and diffuser are all amazing better than any I’ve used before I will definitely be buying more very soon

Attune, Green Bamboo, and Tropical Mango are by far the best fragrance to me. I have a total of ten fragrances sold by aroma retail.

So, I want to 5-star this product. I love the scents, I love the coverage, and the price-point associated with being able to cover a large chunk of our apartment. Shipping was responsive, and customer service seems genuine. However, it's loud. Like the kind of loud where we had to think about strategically placing the unit in the foyer, away from our normal activity, in hopes that we wouldn't hear it and the scent would filter through (this hasn't fully worked). The noise is like crickets, almost like when it goes on, we feel like we have one of those sounds of the forest tracks on.
Anything with moving parts, fans, and especially diffusers, I have an expectation of some noise, but this seems excessive - as in, any potential benefit gained from the wonderful scenting is offset by the high-pitched whistling that cycles on and off.
Is it the unit? Is it something I did? Is it normal? Just trying to level set...with the perception that I don't think most people think this would be "soothing" or "relaxing".
