I received my unit yesterday along with 2 packets of various samples, I found the diffuser unit to be very cheaply made and extremely noisy when it activates, due to spending so much on it being in Australia I’ll continue to use it however I’ve hidden it where it can’t be seen it’s ugly and looks cheap and hiding it makes it a little less noisy, disappointing is an understatement

I have not fallen in love with a particular fragrance yet but that is my goal. I’m satisfied with your prompt service. Thank you

We visit the Eden Roc/Nobu Hotel in Miami every year. The moment we walk in, we remember all of the good times we had the previous year just because of the wonderful scent that fills the air when we arrive.

The sample I received smelled perfect - exactly as I had imagined. The bottles I ordered did not. Very disappointing.

The scents are INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE , WEAK and stain the wall with oil...

I used to live in Vegas for about eight years and always loved the smell of the casinos once I walked in so when I came across this company and I saw that they offered all those scents I was used to for so many years I jumped on this product and I could not be any more happier with their service, quality in the machine and the smell of the fragrances

I had a problem with my Home Unit 101 and explained my problem. Kaylee immediately said that she would replace it with a refurbished one. Unfortunately, that one wasn’t sending the scent out correctly and so I called again. Kaylee apologized and without hesitating agreed to send me a brand new machine. By the way, my original machine was over a year old and out of warranty. This is a great company and their products and oils are amazing for home use!!!

I really wish it were higher. Spent $70 on two candles and an infuser. Smelled good, but not really close the the hotels they were supposed to smell like. And not nearly strong enough. I expected it to be like when you walk into a Vegas hotel, and wham, you smell it. Oh well.

We were looking for the air freshener that is used at the Aria hotel in Las Vegas as this is my husband’s favorite scent ever. We ordered the sample to see if it was the right scent and were amazed that it was exactly the same, so we ordered full bottles of it as well as the scent mister and we love it! We set the timer and it fills our home with this beautiful scent at the times we choose! Love it!
