I ordered a beige diffuser with reeds, I received the product and it had black marks all over it. I believe it was from the box it is packaged in. I requested a return and they kindly offered to send me a new one. After waiting a very long time(approx. 1 month) a new one arrived in the same, if not worse condition than the first. These were not cheap, save your time and money and avoid this company.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. The canadian website bugs every time i’m trying to place the order. I wrote them an email, they answered and then asked me to send a screenshot of the error message I receive which I did. I sent 3 follow up emails over the span of 2 weeks and they never got back to me.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 months I ordered a car diffuser as a gift and then find out I have a subscription for 28 pounds a Month. I only wanted this as a one off, I’ve emailed customer service and answered emails to no avail, if anyone reads these reviews I want my subscription cancelling. I can’t go out of the house due to a medical issue however as soon as I can I will see if my bank can help me cancel. Absolutely ridiculous, do NOT Oder from here

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My diffuser stopped working and instead of standing behind their product, they tried to upsell me to a more expensive system. When I declined, they offered to let me pay half the cost for a replacement — for a product that failed prematurely.
The call remained calm and professional on my end, yet it was abruptly ended without resolution. This company does not stand behind its products and seems more focused on upselling than supporting customers.
Would not recommend. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I would ABSOLUTELY give ZERO stars if I could. 10/10 would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I placed an order on February 23, 2026 and was charged immediately, but never received the product. There was initially an address issue, which was acknowledged by customer service and I was assured it would be resolved immediately.
It was not.
After multiple follow-ups over several weeks, a replacement order was finally created on March 15, 2026, and I was explicitly told it would be expedited at no cost due to the delay.
That commitment was not honored.
After continued escalation, I was eventually provided a tracking number — however, the shipment has remained in “label created” status for over 24 hours, meaning the package has not actually been handed off to the carrier and has not shipped.
Throughout this process:
- I have had to repeatedly follow up for updates
- Customer service has been slow and inconsistent
- Promises made were not fulfilled
- A simple issue was never properly resolved despite multiple assurances
At this point, I am pursuing a chargeback.
If you are considering ordering, be aware that fulfillment and communication may not align with expectations, especially if anything goes wrong with your order.

Doesn't Work! Waste of Money!
I received this product from my family for Christmas. I have literally used the Studio diffuser for 2 1/2 months since opening. The fan inside appears to be making noises and the oil leaks in the inside of the diffuser. Every single oil that was delivered (6 total) leaked in the package that was delivered. I sent customer service an email 5 days ago after being told on their website that they are too busy to chat. I then called and waited on hold for 30 minutes, only to be disconnected and sent a link. My product is not listed, so I chose the closest one to my unit, and the only option is to have an appointment set where technical support calls me. For the money, do yourself a favor and don't buy this product. Hopefully, everyone is doing their research and has stumbled across this site to see that the product is not well-made. It sounds like numerous people all have the same issues as I do. not worth the price or the headache, and my guess is they are too busy to chat with anyone, call them or email back because they are overwhelmed with the volume of complaints.

DO NOT BUY These PRODUCTS - I have spent money on two penthouse diffusers first one was damaged and sent back second one received and stopped working after one month. Customer services don’t reply and the product is a waste of money.

Dishonest Practices and a Highly Distressing Experience
This company has caused an immense amount of distress in my life since July 2025. From the extremely pushy representatives to the company's dishonest practices, it is the worst company I have ever come across. I never even tried the products due to an emerging health concern and RETURNED everything UNOPENED within the 30 days. I have in WRITING that my account would be canceled. Despite this, I have continued to be charged monthly for oils for a machine I don't even have. I also received a refund for my initial purchase, proving they received the products too. After believing the situation was resolved, a LARGER machine shows up at my door that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR SIGN FOR—Forcing me to continue communicating with them. I returned that machine completely unused as well. I sent a detailed formal dispute in November after continued charges and lack of resolution. The response I received was: "Yu did not get a follow up because we had a really bad huracane and we was off work for over a week that the reason you did not get no follow up".
That is the exact message I received—spelling included.
I have documented everything and have proof of all statements made.
Do not do business with this company.

I ordered a small diffuser and a rep called me and talked me into a larger unit (free she said) and I was conned into a bait and switch. I gave them a $4 thousand dollar payment for the larger machine and 3 years of scent bottles. They negotiated a better deal and promised me a refund on the original transaction.they will not return my calls and many emails. This is a scam and I fell for it.
So far I’m hooked on Aroma 360
After reading all the bad reviews I’m a bit hesitant to write something positive because I’ve only had my diffuser for 3 weeks but so far everything has been good. Love the diffuser, the oil I got is absolutely amazing, everyone has commented and I mean everyone! Ordering was good, delivery was surprisingly quick and so far I love everything about it. I’m going to buy more oil, and a second mini pro diffuser. I’m definitely hooked🤩
Buyers beware
Buyers beware. They are great at selling their product and trying to up sale you on larger plans and more expensive products. People are lovely and kind during those calls. Have an issue or want to cancel they make it extremely difficult. Tried to pause my membership until contacted but they just continued to send product and billed me anyway. Beware all buyers. Buy a defuser and stay away from this subscription. Still trying to cancel and they are still calling me and emailing me to move up to the full home defuser……

This company operates in a way that feels intentionally misleading. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything.
They tried to slip in a subscription I never agreed to, thankfully I caught it before paying. Then they pushed a “mystery gift,” and I didn’t realize they were charging me $15 for it. That’s not an accident. That’s deceptive.
Right after that, they started calling me FOUR TIMES. I don’t answer unexpected calls, so they left four different voicemails from different people, plus texts and an email, all giving different reasons why I needed to call them back. Extremely suspicious behavior.
This is by far the shadiest company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache — DO NOT BUY!!!
