Great customer service
Ordered fragrance oil by mail through Canada post and shipment did not delivered. Call Aroma Retail right away and they sent out replacement ship by Courier at no cost. Great customer service, highly recommended.

A MUST BUY FOR EVERY HOME!
As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas for the past 20 plus years I have always been enthralled with the incredible smell of some of the casinos especially MGM and Aria. After doing a Google search and finding Aroma Retail last week I received my home scent machine today with the Asian Garden fragrance oil. I am beyond happy with how well it works and how great it smells. My entire 1800 sqft house now smells like Asian Garden with the exception of one of the bedrooms. This scent machine works extremely well and the product arrived just a week after I ordered it. I have already purchased another one for a friend. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the device itself could use a little cosmetic makeover and an app to control it would be great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I came in wanting a specific scent I could only partially articulate and had forgotten where I had smelt it. I sampled the smell bar and put aside some of the ones that had notes of what I loved but couldn’t put a finger in the specific scent I was looking for. The pretty redhead lady that looks related to young Catherine O’Hara, simply reviewed my collection of “likes” and said “Give him Crystals shops that’s gonna be the one” and sure enough she nailed it! I was so impressed and my house smells amazingggg!!!
