I have order a few times now from this company and they have always given great service . Our Machine was broken after trying to use it a few times , called them and they replaced it with no problem . Our new machine works perfectly. We love the smells that they offer .

I absolutely love the scent but my travel system whitin a couple days the bottom peeled off and it leaks even if it’s set up straight where it doesn’t move.

I’ve been searching forever for a product that can fill up more than just one section of a room. This fills up my entire living room, kitchen and hallway!! It’s been a hit or miss with the scents, but hey that’s just preference! Soooo glad I came upon aroma retail!!

Ordered Venetian Seduction, love that scent. 12 or so years ago I ordered a candle straight from the Venetian, these are exactly the same. Only downside is these are a bit less fragrant, probably less oil in the wax. The original was extremely oily and didn't need to be lit to fill a room with scent. These are more subtle, which always isn't a bad thing. Have one in the family room, one in bedroom, and yes... one in the car. Will definitely order more and even try different scents, maybe even the diffuser. Definitely recommend, and have personally recommended to multiple friends. Keep up the good work.

I love aroma retail. Their scents are wonderful. I get tons of compliments from friends and family when they visit. My favorite scents are wellness, energy, white tea and bright sunshine .

I’ve never before received such great customer service. My travel machine quit working, so I sent a email to Aroma Retail, and within a few minutes I got a reply. And they were right on top of it. They sent me a new machine that very day. I was so impressed! I love love love Aroma Retail!! They are amazing 👍

Machines are difficult to program and scent refills are extremely overpriced. Purchased two professional machines. They’re now in storage. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

The owner and staff at Aroma Retail have always responded to my questions and orders quickly and courteously. When I was in Vegas I visited them at there location and they took to the time and counseled me through the many different fragrances they had on display so that I could order a number of different Aromas to use in my HVAC connected scent machine. The unit was worth its weigh in gold and performs without any problems or issues.
