FINAL UPDATE…I received my machine today…it was well packed and I am very happy with the product…it was a long time in coming but definitely worth the wait…I have also updated my stars…thank you…

Thank you for your response…I was one of the customers you mention in your response who DID reach out privately as you suggested…without success…however I am absolutely happy to revise this review AFTER I receive my order…my purpose as stated below, was to alert other consumers that shipping times/communications might impact orders intended as Xmas gifts…very hopeful that my ultimate experience will be as positive as many others…

I ordered a scent machine on November 18 and was told that it would be shipped the next week. I checked in the next week and was told there were supply problems but that it would be shipped the next week.when I still received no notice I was told that they had a “strict policy of only sending out orders in the sequence they were received” and was offered a complimentary bottle of oil. When I asked when they estimated it would be shipped, was told…the next week…and here we are again…no shipping notice…no product…nothing…my concern is that if there were problems (as they said there were) a simple contact from them proactively letting me know would have been professional and responsible. At this point I have no idea if or when I will receive my $200 plus order…I have NEVER written a negative review on any one before. But I did want to alert others regarding these issues in the event that they need these products as gifts.

The scents are good and everything seems great except for one major flaw. Over and over again the machine fails to keep the time correct. This is a basic function of any piece of technology and is simply and easily accomplished by anything with a microprocessor or microcontroller. But for some reason my Aroma Retail Scent diffuser always sets its time to something other than the actual time. This is critical for a device that as a basic function is supposed to run on a schedule and particularly if you have connected it to your HVAC system and need to synchronize with your fan settings. I have had my diffuser for a few months and this is an ongoing issue that they seem unable to correct. I am guessing they hired their somewhat smart 13 year-old nephew or something to do their software. Time to hire a real technical expert to fix this extremely basic issue.

This company is an example to follow. First, the quality of the products: I ordered a bottle of Vanilla Breeze fragrance and the quality of the fragrance was beyond all my expectations. The scent is rich but not overpowering, it is intense with lots of different nuances. The quality stays the same over time: it simply is the best fragrance I have ever owned and would buy any other fragrance with my eyes (and nose!) closed only based on description, even if I can’t try it beforehand. Secondly, the customer care representative is simply the nicest person ever! I tried to get a coupon for a small discount by signing up to their newsletter but the coupon never made it through my inbox. I contacted them and they were so sorry about it (probably not even their fault!!) and gave me access to an alternative coupon straight away. We stayed in contact until they were sure I successfully received my order and it felt like they really cared about their customers. Finally, special mention to the packaging which was impeccable: I was a bit worried about the shipment from Las Vegas to Oxfordshire but the bottle made it completely fine without any damage. A massive congrats to them: from their products to their kindness, they simply made my day!!

I was sent a diffuser that was defective. Returned the unit for a refund, but the cost of the original shipping was deducted from my refund. Why should I pay shipping for an item that was broken! Horrible customer service.!!!
Got a call asking me to remove my review! She said my machine was working fine when I returned it. Absolutely not True!!! I sent them videos of the loud sound it was making and every day it just got louder.

I’m not sure if I just got a faulty unit, I only smell the scent when I’m right in front of it, I come from outside and don’t smell it. I had it running at 70% already and the noise is another that I have yet to get used to, I can only imagine my guest wondering what that hissing sound is.

Smells like a cheap car freshener to me. I’m pretty sure it’s just there to mask the cigarette smoke.

I ordered the professional today after speaking with the most intelligent, articulate ladies about the professional. Brittany and Marie were just amazing to work with. I'm told after ordering today, Wednesday, I received confirmation the unit will be here in two days. I'm going to connect the unit to my hvac, per the video, and will post an update after running it through it's paces. TY for all your support and patience.

Initially, it was great and I was excited to have it. I purchased the unit that covers 2000 ft. Sadly after having it for 3 months or so, we no longer smell it. I’ve even asked guests who come over and they agreed. They can’t smell it either. I was hoping differently because I wanted to buy the unit that gets installed but changed my mind.

I just bought the smaller 2000sq foot machine for our distillery with Asian gardens scent. The retail area of the distillery is 1000sq feet..on only 5% the smell is a very nice level with a richness that is hard to describe. On 15% it was so strong it over powers the senses ..phenomenal.. in 15% and the windows open its like walking up to the Luxor and getting that beautiful blast of scent 200 feet from the doors...and it's no different we can smell it easily 150feet in the yard. Customers in just the few days it's been in walk in and go omg it smells amazing in here..what is this smell and where do I buy it.!. Missing Vegas with everything that has been going on ,it's wonderful to have a slice of Luxor at work.

I ordered 3 travel diffusers for 3 different rooms. I have 2 diffusers in my bedroom in different areas and can hardly smell anything! My son room Also the site does not give a estimate of the square footage this particular device can handle. Definitely need to return!

I searched a long time before I decided on an aroma diffuser. Varied from price design and reviews. I received my Aroma Retail device about a week ago and it is by far one of the single best purchases that I have made for myself. It was so easy to set-up and use. I highly recommend this brand. Love the customer service as well.

I returned the home machine because it was too loud for me. Instead, I ordered 2 travel machines! One of them is working properly - it's quiet & AMAZING! I had issues with the second one but when I called to report the issue, I was offered a replacement right away. This time around, my customer service experience was way better than my first. I love this machine so much, can't wait to get my replacement so I can have one in my bedroom & another in the living room. I strongly recommend the travel machines & the Bright Sunshine scent! The travel machine will make it a perfect gift during the holidays. Can't wait to start giving them as gifts!

I haven't even ordered my machine yet, but reached out via email about ordering sample blotters and received a response within 30 minute from a kind and professional Staff Member offering to send a few my way. When I responded she immediately sent the shipping confirmation. WOW! Sadly it's a rarity to deal with customer service reps that follow up so quickly and so directly. What amazing customer service! I was on the fence about buying--especially with the hefty price tag that comes along with the professional unit, but I'm officially sold now! Can't wait to pick my scent!
