I had to speak to Evren at a time of stress.He was calm, measured and knowledgeable with his advice. The advice was precise and accurate. They are easy to contact and I usually get a call back within the hour.

Awful business. Never answer the phone. Waited 3 months for a constructive reply then get an ill considered email which they are not willing to discuss. Avoid if at all possible!

Friendly, understanding, real person who appreciated that not everything in legal issues makes sense to members of the public. Very good advice and honest opinion about what we need to know and do. Realistic and human.

Hi I’m really needing more help here. I contracted their services, and now that I’m needing their support they are so slow on replies that is similar as if not getting any support at all.

When we had a legal situation to deal with we contacted ARAG and supplied them with all the information they asked for however, after almost three weeks without a reply, we decide to call them, only to discover that they had done nothing with it.

When we called we just got a load of flanell about nothing.

I seriously think that Arag is a either a con or a scam offered to make the insurance policy it is sold with more attractive.

We will make sure we don't accept any offers of which include ARAG in any insurance policy's in the future.

Very poor service. No response, long delays, disinterested staff. Would never use them again. Disappointing as I had a really good experience with DAS before ARAG took over.
