that i had an issue with a customer that day, i couldn't sleep as i was so stressed, i phoned my insurance who had 24/7 legal cover and spoke the the most polite Welsh woman on the phone who made me feel at ease. i was so apologetic to phone at 2am!! but she was like an angel answering my call.
i can honestly say a huge thank you to that lady who was on the end of the phone that night.

First impressions with Arc.
My first contact with Arc was handled courteously and efficiently. I learned what options were likely available to me in my circumstance and an explanation given regarding claim process which was very clear and easy to understand. I appreciated the very matter of fact but friendly approach which helps immensely when dealing with legal issues that can appear frightening complex or confusing to the person in the street.

Legal Expenses Insurance is highly recommended.
I am fortunate to have had a successful outcome of my case due to being covered by my Legal Expenses Insurance. I have suffered a life changing injury and I cannot stress strongly enough that this cover should be included by anyone else taking out insurance in the future. Without it, my case would never have been possible through Arc Legal Group.
Overall, Arc Legal Group were first class, from start to finish in pursuing my successful claim.
