While we do offer 2-3 day shipping, it is noted that we do offer free 2-3 Day Delivery on most items, see Product Page for details. In reviewing your order, we do show that when your order was placed, the "get it by date" was noted on the product page as 7/9-7/13. We do see that there was a delay with the order being picked up from the warehouse, and we do apologize for this delay.

We show that the MPI Exhaust Technologies Bullnoze Series Clamp-On Dual Exhaust System; Turn Down that you ordered on 6/30 shipped out and the expected delivery date is noted as 7/17.

Due to this delay, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.

We reviewed your order and we do apologize for the issues that you experienced with your order.

We reviewed your order and we do show that the original "get it by dates" were noted as 7/8-7/15. There are some items that we offer on our website that may take additional time to be processed. This information is normally noted on our website, to the right of the product photo.

We have been reaching out to the manufacturer to receive an update, and then we saw that you contacted us on 7/3 to request a cancellation. We submitted a request to cancel the order and once we receive a response from the manufacturer we will share this information with you. If they are able to cancel the order, you will receive an email when your refund is completed. If they already shipped the order, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Once you receive the radio, if you would like to return it, please contact our Customer Service Team and they can initiate the return. We noted your order that you may initiate this return.
