When they turned up it says cycling on the label but nowhere on the website it states they’re for cycling. Really annoyed with this. These provide no protection at all on a motorbike. Nice one

I discovered that all of the Tech Air Off-Road have a manufacturing defect that results in the chest protector being crooked. When I submitted a review on their site I was sent a notice to revise my review. Every review that I submit is being sent back to me with the request that I revise it. This leads me to believe that they will only approve positive product reviews on their website, which is a dishonest way to operate in my opinion.

Dopo varie peripezie, il negoziante mi comunica che Alpinestar le fornirebbe a 40€ la coppia, ma non sono disponibili, non le consegnano.
Vergognosa customer experience.

Avoid this company like the plague! Absolute nightmare to deal with, they ship stuff from Italy if you’re buying in the UK and every part of dealing with them is horrendous. Sent me bike shoes in US sizes that I paid £200 for and trying to send them back for a a refund the past 3 weeks has been a nightmare. Customer service is non existent they reply every week or so, it’s like they’re being intentionally difficult to stop you getting a refund. Do not under any circumstances shop with these people you will absolutely regret it.

Sono 3 volte che scrivo nella chat per chiedere informazioni e 3 volte che non rispondono (nonostante c'è scritto "risponde entro pochi minuti") sembra una presa in giro. Brand new Tech Air 10 bought several months ago. Attempted to charge it for the first time a week ago for a race this past weekend. The suit connects to the app and show as being charged but the LED fob isn't lighting up. Called Torrance office and was brushed off and told to email customer support even though I live 30 mins away and had a race in 2 days. I had 1 halfhearted email from support with a basic suggestion to charge the LED (no luck) That was Thursday afternoon. No follow up. I missed my race as I couldn't be certain the suit was 'live'. Not happy. Strongly considering asking for a refund and getting D Air

Ho acquistato una giacca Alpinestars missile v2 ignition, un prodotto che si presuppone di punta per le giacche da moto, dato che ha anche sliders gomiti, protezione gobba sulla schiena etc etc ed uno dei prezzi di cartellino più alti per le giacche di Alpinestars. Dopo soli un paio di mesi di utilizzo, e con il solo gesto di infilare i guanti, tutto lo spandex (tessuto tecnico) sui polsini si è consumato al punto di bucarsi. ho dovuto portare la giacca da un artigiano della pelle e farmi fare un inserto nuovo in pelle sui polsini a mie spese. Come tanti altri ho scritto ad Alpinestars senza mai avere risposta. Non comprerò mai più nessun prodotto di questa marca, delusione massima, detto da un veneto che comprava Alpinestars da sempre….ma si sa la delocalizzazione nei paesi come cina, vietnam etc porta a questi risultati… addio qualità artigiana italiana…il fatto è che una giacca che costa 600€ di listino non può essere di fattura e materiali così mediocri, così si lucra anche sulla sicurezza di noi motociclisti!

The Alpine Stars European retail web site is using US shoe sizes (??) so the pair I ordered did not fit me initially. The return process for my order (# AE206710) was not straight forward. I had to ask several times over email as I was not getting any response, at first. I then had to order and pay for another pair of shoes as replacement. Unfortunately, they were of different color as one of the shoe was of a slightly different shade of red than the other (as if it had faded). The return process is so cumbersome that I decided to keep them even if the color of each shoe does not really match. While the new replacement shoe fits well, they look a little odd due to the color mismatch and the support experience is poor.

I'd give NO star if I could!

I have drystar items that I was told are waterproof, 20 minutes in the rain and I may as well not have them on.

Messaged on their site and asked about a product and needed some advice.
Reply 5/1/24 - Nothing regarding my email. Only an email from them asking how I rated the advice I was provided. There was no reply with any advice, only an email asking for feedback.

2nd email 5/1/24 - I reply to the feedback email telling them there was no advice.
Reply 9/1/24 - a guy called Max sends apology and asked if I could send query again, so I did.

Still waiting.

Ho acquistato una giacca da moto alla quale dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo ha iniziato a scucirsi la scritta posteriore. Ho inviato, tramite il rivenditore, la giacca in Alpinestar ma dopo un mese e diversi solleciti non ho più saputo nulla. Servizio post vendita davvero scadente.

I order a contour aircleaner cover and i got a pair of sheap sunglasses i have written to them 5 Times got the same answer that it was the courier Company,s fault and they Will solve the fault but now it has been 2 months this is a fraud BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Dopo molte ricerche ho deciso di acquistare la tuta divisibile Alpinestars Motegi V2.
.. sono scivolato a più o meno 40-45 km/h toccando l'erba, durante il percorso della caduta c'era un pezzo di cemento di 60 cm di traverso resto era tutto erba e terra. La tuta NON presenta protezioni laterali sui fianchi e ho subito dei segni molto evidenti sul corpo! E ovviamente con la pelle strappata.
NON CAPISCO come possono mettere in produzione un articolo che non soddisfa la sicurezza di chi li indossa.
IMMAGINA di avere una velocità maggiore mentre scivoli su un strada!
DA NON ACQUISTARE.

P.S. - ho scritto anche a loro, al momento non ho ricevuto nessun riscontro.
Nessun problema, passiamo ad un'altra marca.

I ordered a $600 jacket following the sizing chart and it arrived WAY too small. Could I simply print out a prepaid label and return it as you can with every other company? Nope. I had to spend $40 to insure and mail it back. I'll never roll the dice with them again.

I bought $60 gloves and three months later the globe’s Velcro barely holds. It certainly won’t hold in a sliding situation. To top it off, the fabric is fraying badly on the top of the glove. I sent pics and a copy of my CC statement showing where purchased and they won’t honor their warranty without the actual itemized receipt. This is unreal and ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue with a company like this before. Most companies stand by their product. Never again. Trash products.

SR_3 dry star gloves -absolute garbage .. not fit for purpose.. cheaply and poorly constructed , don’t keep out the cold, the lining is so poorly placed it’s hard to even get your fingers in correctly, at this price !!! Total disgrace

The Alpinestars Drystar jacket is not at the very top end of the market, but is certainly not cheap at £250+. The material and fit is excellent and I always found the jacket 100% waterproof. However, the jacket is ruined by the use of cheap flimsy zips and poor stitching. The first zip did last a year, the replacement only a couple of months. The stitching on the waist adjustment lasted only a few weeks from new. No amount of body armor will protect you if the whole jacket is likely to fall apart.

Customer Support is not existent. Had my Tech-Air Race send back for refill to Italy, after more then one year and a lot of fighting I finally got it back, had to pay the full price and did not even get a sorry. I like my Tech Air Race but if I would knew that before, I would choose another system.

Very slow shipping, shipped the wrong size then refused shipping refunds also rude when questioned about it. Definitely will not buy from here again.

Bought a Ketchum toring jacket supposed to be high end and suitable for extremecold and hot weather touring. Went out on my bike 5 degrees centigrade and was freezing. The lining isnt thermal it is thin and pathetic my old alpine stars jacket was great wish i had kept it.

Complained to Alpine stars and they didnt give a toss. Will never trade with them again and I strongly suggest you donr either save your money and buy something decent
