They treat their staff like slaves, no bonus or increase in 15 years of service, the own is a tyrant who treats everyone like dirt. He is never on the premises and lets two totally incompetent women run the show. Outrageous, I hope they go bankrupt.

I’m honestly shocked by the level of customer service (or rather, the complete lack of it) from Alpinestars. Over a week ago, I reached out via email to inquire about a few of their products that I was genuinely interested in purchasing. When I didn’t get a response, I followed up through their chat service four days ago, and still, absolutely nothing.
For a brand that sells premium-priced gear, you would expect a standard of service that matches the price tag (or even any kind of that). Instead, the experience has been the exact opposite: unresponsive, inefficient, and frankly, disrespectful to potential customers. It’s unbelievable that a company operating at this level hasn’t figured out that customer service is a crucial part of product quality.
Their loss, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Some companies seriously need to learn that ignoring your customers is the fastest way to lose them.

Firma propaguje obleky Tech Air 10 do svých kombinéz, ale ty jsou v praxi velmi problémové oblek tech Air 10 škrtí pod krkem, protože není technicky dobře vyřešen a kompatibilní s jejich kombinézami (zkoušeno s různými velikostmi a druhy jednodílných i prémiových kombinéz),společnost v této věci více méně prakticky nkonstruktivně a smysluplně nekomunikuje a co je opravdu smutné, že nakonec přiznáá, že tyto obleky jsou závodní jezdce nejsou vůbec používány stylem pro komerční koncové zákazníky, protože aby byla zajištěna kompatibilita a pohodlí jezdců jsou tyto obleky tech air 10 rozpárány a všity do kombinéz. Na snahu o technicé řešení s jedním oddělením ALpinestars to v nekomunikuje a tak je zde krásná ukázka paradoxu, jak na jedné straně špičkový jezdci propagují něco co v podstat v provedení pro komerční zákazníky je naprosto jinak (jako třeba pití obyčejné vody v lahvích Red Bullu) ... The Tech Air 10 suit is a pain in the neck because it is not technically well-designed and compatible with their suits (tested with various sizes and types of one-piece and premium suits). The company does not communicate in a constructive and meaningful way on this matter. What is really sad is that it finally admits that these suits are not used by racing riders at all, in a style for commercial end customers, because in order to ensure compatibility and comfort for the riders, these Tech Air 10 suits are ripped open and sewn into suits. The effort for a technical solution with one department of ALpinestars does not communicate, so here is a beautiful example of the paradox, how on the one hand top riders promote something that is essentially completely different in its design for commercial customers (like drinking ordinary water in Red Bull bottles) ... It is sad how Alpinestar despises end customers and prioritizes racing riders, but only thanks to the general end customers can the company truly live ...né jak společnost Alpinestar pohrdá koncovími zákazníky a jsou pro ni prioritní závodní jezdci, ale jen díky plošnýmkoncovým zákazníkům může splečnost opravdově žít ...

They changed my order without talking with me, resulting in the hassle of returning product and having to deal with refunds and delay in product I wanted. Extremely poor service. They don't understand how to deal with American customers.

Oggi sono uscito con il tech air-10. Come sempre ho avuto problemi con l'accensione A CASA del sistema. Una volta acceso, da fermo rimaneva verde per un paio di secondi poi la base led si spegneva. poi si riaccendeva e dopo un minuto stessa storia. Ma salito in moto diciamo che è rimasto acceso per un 70% del viaggio.. ma a detta di Alpinestars il sistema "dovrebbe " essere acceso ugualmente ( Cio non toglie che è uno stress vedere i leds spenti e pensare: funzionerà?? ). Quando mi fermavo si spegneva e non riuscivo a mandare la segnalazione tramite app perchè a quel punto non si connetteva ( ekkekkazzo.. ) Ma a furia di tentare a connettermi, sono riuscito a mandare due segnalazioni. Fossi in Alpinestars richiamerei tutti i sistemi e farei un metodo di accensione COMPLETAMENTE DIVERSO !!! Sconsiglio a tutti questo sistema finchè non cambieranno modo di accensione

AGGIORNAMENTO20.07.26 ): due mesi fa sotto mia richiesta mi è stato sostituito con la versione 2 gratuitamente. Hanno cambiato l'accensione finalmente.

Very nice quality products, even though I got a kids size glove, which wasn’t described! But very nice customer service to help me with the refunds, so I could buy the right one!

I brought a pair of Alpine star smx 1r v2 shoe and the glue on the left boot Velcro buckle has completely come apart from the Velcro strip - These boots are only a week old (Worn x4 times). When I returned the boots to the store of original purchase I received appalling customer services from amx Bendigo! I will not be buying any more products from them and I will give alpinestar a miss next time i need gear. This has left a bad taste as the boots are not even a week old!

If you want crappy products & non existent customer service, buy from alpinestars! I had to chase them down after 5+ emails over the span of 1 month asking them for an update on the warranty on a leaking rainsuit. When I finally got a hold of them they couldn’t give me an estimated turnaround time for sending the rainsuit in for testing. He said this is part of the warranty procedure. The part when they try to hide from the customer. We love alpinestars but no longer will support a brand who won’t own up to their mistakes.

Customer service is absolutely appalling i wanted a pair of Alpinestars radon relaxed fit jeans in blue 36W 36L they come up in different sizes depending on what colour you get so I emailed Alpinestars and got nowhere fast very unhelpful i sent about 5 email I did get the odd reply I sent pics in my last email and had no reply from them The Alpinestars Radon black come up big in the waist and perfect in the leg and in the blue they come up perfect in the waist and skinny fit in the leg. I went to J&S 1st then to Essexs bikers the to Sportsbikeshop and a few stalls at a bime show and all off them were the same. 2 of the shops said for some reason they do come up different and they don't know why

I want to learn, is this Thealpinestars account fake?I gave order.But I cannot connet with them?

Motorcycle boots from millennium in st Helens.bought
In good faith thinking they were waterproof,but sadly
After only half dozen rides they were flooding and not letting water out.the was a reaction with the boots and they really stank ,got in touch with the company to ask for help and got a fob off from italy.ive owned many boots never had trouble like these,ended up paying over £500 for guaranteed waterproof from Daytona.
Pity they put short term gain over long term loss.I have no confidence in after sales to purchase anymore products of them.

Marianna @alpinestars was so helpful with my issue with my S-MX+ boots and was very helpful with dealing with the issue I am very grateful for all her help and the great communication from the emails

ZERO response from customer service as about making a return from the UK.

I took a punt that a large company like this would have a simple way to return goods from the UP, like all of their COMPETITORS.

Unfortunately as per lots of other comments on here Alpinestars customer service is non-existent.

Do your self a favour and buy from a reputable UK company - I so wish I had.

Bought an Alpinestars motorcycle jacket 2 years ago only for it to recently have the zipper snap off. I contacted the place I bought the jacket from and they have been passing my messages on to their alpinestars rep. The rep said that because it’s out of warranty that it cannot be replaced or fixed, however, under the ACCC im entitled to a “free repair to a minor problem”. The rep has disregarded this information leaving me quite annoyed. If they don’t come to a resolution I won’t be buying anymore alpinestars products and will advise other people not to either.

Do not trust any equipment that is Air equipment from this company Alpinestars . I had a race AIR Race Tech vest showed that it was completely good and ready to deploy on sleeve as it should. when I crash, the airbags did not deploy properly and rear back protector still in tact. NEVER DEPLOYED. Alpinestars keeps telling me how my accident was correct though their data was wrong and shows proof of BAD PRODUCT with errors.
They tried giving me back same vest and charge $300 saying vest is okay. I WILL never trust them or work with them again. HOW CAN A RIDER TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY AIR RACE TECH ALPINESTARS 100% faulty errors and doesn’t work.
