Terrible customer service – missing items and damaged order (Order: AE20202745)

I received my order split into two shipments. One box was completely empty, and the other arrived heavily damaged.

I contacted customer support immediately with photos and details. After an initial reply from an AI, communication stopped completely. I have tried following up via email, but I have been left without any updates regarding my refund for the missing items or a return label for the damaged package.

I am traveling abroad in a few days and need this resolved immediately. Leaving a customer with a package worth over €600 with missing items and no response for days is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution and refund.

Devolución rápida y sin problemas.. El producto era excelente pero el color no coincidía con el de la pagina web.

Bought 6 or so mens caps, one of which developed an odd defect in the short time of ownership.

When contacting customer service, I found there returns policy long winded, and with return costs.

Due to my experience, I won't be buying anymore caps, or recommending the company.

The purchase was made in 2026.

Merce arrivata con difetti evidenti (gomitiera con silicone antiscivolo rivolto verso l'esterno, una corretta ed una errata). Tempi di risposta lunghissimi per aver conferma del reso, mi hanno dato un buono del 15%. Al riordino di un nuovo articolo in sostituzione atteso 15 giorni per spedizione e sbagliano indirizzo, tempi lunghissimi per informazioni e risposte. Alla fine vengo contattato dal corriere che riesce a consegnare un mese dopo l'ordine. La pecca maggiore è la lentezza nelle risposte.

Qualità del prodotto pessima e assistenza clienti altrettanto deludente. Scarpe utilizzate pochissimo e praticamente nuove, ma che hanno presentato un difetto importante. Alpinestars si è rifiutata di intervenire perché la garanzia era scaduta da circa 3 mesi, nonostante le condizioni praticamente perfette delle scarpe. Considerando sia la qualità del prodotto sia la gestione della richiesta, consiglio di orientarsi su altre marche che offrano almeno un’assistenza clienti degna di questo nome.

Extremely disappointed with Alpinestars customer support regarding safety equipment transparency. When I contacted their US support line to ask how a customer can verify the manufacturing date of an electronic Tech-Air airbag system before purchasing, I was told that "no one can tell you" and that you simply have to buy it first and find out afterward.
An electronic airbag is a critical, life-saving safety device with mandatory service windows and battery lifespans—not a t-shirt. Expecting riders to blindly purchase expensive safety gear without knowing if it has been sitting on a shelf for years is a massive safety hazard. Brands charging top-dollar for protection systems should be completely transparent about production dates and batch freshness. Buy elsewhere if you want to ensure your safety gear isn't already expired out of the box.

All went well. Waiting is about five days but considering it goes abroad, I’d say it’s ok. Same with returns. Good quality clothes too.

Bof niveau marketing impossible d'annuler la commande alors que je viens de la passer et que j'ai oublié d'activé le code promo.
Si j'avais voulu l'annuler obligé d'attendre le colis et de le refuser complètement bête.
Bref nul comme site de e-commerce.
Sinon le produit est bien.

Ich habe zweimal bestellt. Beide Male kamen die Pakete zerrissen, geöffnet und mit Klebeband notdürftig zusammengeklebt an. Die erste Bestellung über 600 € und die zweite über 850 €. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass Ihre Bestellung in einer solchen Verpackung ankommt. Ich hatte Ihnen natürlich schon zuvor geschrieben, und Sie haben sich sehr entschuldigt. Sie haben mir auch versichert, dass Sie dafür sorgen würden, dass so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt. Und hier ist, wie sehr Sie dafür gesorgt haben, dass es nicht wieder vorkommt.

Ordine n. AE20162301 del 25/04/2026 (€ 1.304,89). Il primo articolo (stivali Tech 10) non è mai stato spedito ed è stato correttamente rimborsato. Il secondo — pettorina airbag Tech-Air, € 599,95 — risulta «consegnato» da UPS presso un Fermo Point, ma al ritiro mi è stato consegnato un pacco completamente vuoto e integro, senza alcuna firma richiesta. Il prodotto non era all'interno: chiaro errore di confezionamento/spedizione. Ho aperto una pratica di indagine UPS e inviato numerose email al servizio clienti, senza ricevere risposta né rimborso. Chiedo di essere contattato per la risoluzione e il rimborso dei € 599,95 dovuti.

Hace ya más de un mes que les compré unos zapatos tech-1k v2 los cuales no me han llegado. Después de interminables correos me dicen que no pueden hacer nada, que han pasado más de 14 días desde que la empresa de reparto afirma que fue entregado, entregado a quien? Porque a mí no me han llegado que soy el comprador. Son incapaces de averiguarlo y poder darle una solución al problema.
