Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We have tried to locate the order number you are discussing but are unable to find any orders placed recently? Please feel free to email us with this order number so that we can look into this for you.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed. I am unable to provide specifics because you haven't provided an order number, if any prices changes occurred - this was due to the cost price increasing. We absorbed most of the costs, but if a product had to be sourced from a new supplier who was much more expensive, the retail price had to be updated. Thankfully this did not happen on many of our 5000 products.

We take our role as key workers really seriously. The Covid-19 global pandemic is causing a huge surge in demand for the food industry, and no company was prepared for this pandemic. We are committed to bringing healthy food to the nation at all times, and especially in this current crisis but it is important we do it sustainably and responsibly.

For a time period this did mean that the website was open for shorter periods of time, and that certain products were unavailable. But thanks our community and industry supporting each other, and behaving in a responsible way, we have seen all areas of the supply chain replenish and recover. I am pleased to announce that we are now open all day, every day.

We have taken on new staff, many of whom were made unemployed by the Covid-19 disaster, and we have increased the capacity of orders that we can take. So you shouldn't have difficulty placing orders moving forward. If you do, you are always welcome to email us. Something I cannot see you having done with your latest order? Again - happy to look into your order in more detail, if you could supply us with more information.

The Covid-19 pandemic is making it difficult for people to get groceries via their normal means. Healthy Supplies is dedicated to ensuring that food is fairly and evenly distributed to all customers, old and new. We have many many many customers who are elderly, sick and vulnerable - and these measures were taken to protect them. I'm sorry you feel we should prioritise existing customers over everything. Whilst we have the utmost respect for our customers, we take our roles of operating within a key industry very seriously, and we do not discriminate against someone who hasn't shopped with us before. As a nation, indeed as a worldwide community - we are all in this together. And we want to help as many people as possible.
