Ordered some waterproofs - very competitive pricing and arrived super quick

Reluctantly bought few items from Taunton as they were cheaper than others, but their customer service I find to be rude and unhelpful. If I could get at same price elsewhere or even a little higher I’ll not order off them again.
Polite, friendly and helpful customer service means a lot.

I wear an external brace over my left shoe and find it very difficult to get footwear to fit, especially walking boots. I phoned the Bristol shop to discuss my problem and was advised to come when Braam was working. Braam was wonderful. He measured my feet, knew which walking boots would be most suitable for me and spent two hours on getting the best fit by trying different insoles and imaginative lacing up. He had infinite patience. I shall be back for walking shoes next.
