I ordered three items from UKtoolcentre.co.uk, paying for delivery in 1–3 days. The money was taken immediately, but I received no confirmation email. After six days with no indication of receipt of the order, let alone dispatch, I wrote to ask what was going on. I received no reply. A day later two of the items turned up (with no acknowledgment of the third item's absence, no indication that this was part of a two-package delivery, or anything like that). I wrote to ask about the other item. Still no reply. A few days later (well over a week after the order was made) the last item turned up. I still haven't ever been contacted in any way by UK Tool Centre. I would not use them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hope this review is seen before people purchase anything from this company. I placed my order on the 11th September. They’ve taken £54.54 from me. No email confirmation, no goods delivered. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. I found a phone number online that has a constant busy tone. Not happy.

This is the first time I've used UK Tool Centre. For price and speed of delivery I'd certainly give 5 Stars. As a first time user of any online company I am always very concerned when the order process doesn't seem to work. I didn't get any online confirmation of my order: no order number and no confirming email. I then discovered that it was a company in Jersey and there was no phone number on the website. I panicked a bit and started checking my credit card online to see if the money had gone, which it had. I then used the contact page and sent a message, I also sent an email. I received a reply the next day with my order number and invoice. I was told that I would receive another email when the product was dispatched. I didn't receive any email from UK Tool Centre but I did get random emails from DHL but none of them said who had sent the package. All in all, as I said an "interesting" experience with a happy ending when the item arrived today - OK the package was damaged, but I suppose that's another story!

Avoid. Customer Service = zero. Emails, phone calls, no response. Useless. Never use it again.

These garden tools impressed me not only with their tidy packaging but also with their outstanding performance. The transaction was seamless from start to finish, ensuring a stress-free experience for gardeners looking for reliable tools.

On the 3rd of April I was browsing for an item and I added it to my basket so that I could check to see how much shipping was going to be. I usually pay through PayPal but what I didn't know was that as soon as you confirm the payment method with PayPal on their site, it automatically then completes the order.

This is different to some websites but it was no big deal, can happen to anyone. So 4 minutes after the order confirmation email came into my inbox, I immediately forwarded the order confirmation to the email address stated in the confirmation, informing them that the order was a mistake and I need to cancel it.

I heard nothing back, I assumed that they would have got the email before the order even hit the warehouse.

Next day the item arrived (the one positive thing I will say, they complete and deliver the order fast). I assumed that someone would contact me after I had emailed so I just left it in the box.

Three days later (6th April), no reply. So I email again but also CC another email address that they have available to let them know that no one had responded to me and that I need to get it returned and refunded (including the delivery fee as I had notified them to cancel before it was even shipped).

It is now 23 days later, and still no response. They obviously hope on people just giving up and keeping the order.

I have contacted Resolver to get them added to their list of companies that they will handle complaints with, and I will be opening up an official complaint once that is done.

I have NEVER had such bad customer service. I have received orders from way less legit sites before and have been able to get a response from them.

The selection of garden tools at this store is impressive - from shovels to pruners to gloves, they have everything you need to maintain your garden, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
