We received excellent service from the shop. We are returning customers because of the previous excellent service we received. There was a good choice in the showroom, helpful sales person, respectful delivery drivers.

I would use the Sleep Shop again.

Messaged before I ordered to confirm they could source my mattress. They confirmed very quickly. I placed the order. Was informed when to expect delivery. Everything went smoothly. Would buy from sleep shop again. Great service.

A hassle-free experience. Great communication by phone rather than automated email. Staff polite and courteous. On day of delivery the driver kept me updated en route. Delivery staff friendly and helpful, even taking the mattresses upstairs which I did not ask them to do and taking away the old mattresses free of charge. In all I would highly recommend the Sleep Shop for their high standard of service and competitive prices

The mattress is great, but I still have to get used to the hardness of the mattress. My previous one was a memory foam mattress, and unfortunately, it wasn't good for my spine. Now I feel much better with the new mattress. I'm happy. Super seller, as described, verry well packaged. Super fast delivery F1. I heartily recommend it.

I had a query before I ordered and it was quick and easy to speak to a member of staff by phone for an answer. The online ordering process was straightforward and communications about delivery times and arrangements were clear, with delivery happening as arranged. What a lovely experience from the sale to the delivery. The sales lady Jeanne was very friendly and gave me a lot of information about mattresses so I could make an informed decision and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a purchase. The delivery team were one of the nicest friendly and professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They introduced themselves by name and explained how the delivery and removal would take place. They worked very well together and the job was completed very quickly. Absolutely delighted. When we went to buy our new bed, the purchasing process was easy but slightly disappointed in the cost of removal of old bed and build of new bed, nearly £100 extra, It was a lot more than advertised on the boards in the shop, although the signs did state ottoman beds incur an additional charge, was not expecting over £60 just to build it, with another over £25 to remove it old one. However we are unable to build it, so paid the extra. Was called day before delivery with a time slot. The delivery arrived well within the time slot. The two delivery men were friendly and polite and considerate of our house. They built the bed with no issues and took away our old bed and the packaging on the new one. They explained everything we needed to know and do to our new bed. Love our new bed and pleased with the service received

Wanted a particular style wardrobe to match bedside cabinets called 'urban' made by Birlea and browsed online came across The Sleep Shop. Their price was very good and availability immediate so I purchased directly which was secure and acknowledged also received phone call next day person to person which was great telling me a company would call me next with a convenient time slot acknowledgement to deliver and also just before they arrive and they did exactly that. Perfect liason can't compliment both companies enough. Highly recommend they and item I purchased. Thankyou.

After placing my order, which was easy, I was called back a while after to confirm my order was placed and would be delivered in two days. I was given a time between 8am and 6pm that day and it arrived mid morning. I was able to track the delivery on the couriers web site. The driver got it indoors out of the rain for me which was very pleasing. I just had to move it myself into the house. Well packed in card to protect it from damage as well as the polythene from the factory. An old removal service is also available but I did not use that. I am very pleased with the service provided.
