Great support with initial purchase, setting up and further help. It has been an easy, fulfilling experience and I am delighted with my watch.!

I had been recommended the watch and found the ordering very easy and the staff so very helpful The watch arrived fully charged with clear instructions about each part. I opted for fall detector but after several days with fall being detected while I was not moving I had this part cancelled as it stressed me out as constantly checking the watch. Once again the staff so helpful and I received a refund promptly for that part. I am very happy with my purchase especially when I am out and about as I can still call for help.

So Far because i cant get out very much due to arthritis in Back, Hip And Knees i wear the watch turned off with my other watch on my other wrist.
this is to preserve the battery for when i go out & as it is on my wrist i wont have to worry about fforgetting it.
The service is polite & cheerful as well as suportive in a reliable way

It was easy to do and all was set up also had problems with charger and a new one was sent to me as soon as possible I feel safer knowing that I can get help if needed

So easy to contact the team if you need them. They even contact me if mum forgets to charge the watch. The best thing is that it can be used outside for falls and other emergencies. It gives me comfort knowing that there is always someone there when I am not able to be.

I now have peace of mind knowing that help is at hand
I had a problem with payment but the agent sorted it out for me. I was treated with respect. A very good experience

This watch is invaluable, and a much better service than what my mum had previously where she pushes a button with a long wire around her neck which is much more hazardous

To have a security blanket knowing that if your mum has a fall at home, Your Stride can call my Mum, they also call my sister and I too

My mum had a fall in the bathroom, your stride was able to talk to my mum and ring my sister who went round straight away, an ambulance was needed too,

Thankfully my mum was okay however, if my mum didn’t have her watch, her fall would not have been detected, and she would’ve been lying on the floor all night until we had called her in the morning. So it would’ve been a long time on a cold floor at night, what could’ve happened doesn’t bare thinking about.

There have been times where I have called your stride who are always so lovely, polite and friendly, so helpful too.

This is peace of mind, where you want to give your mum her independence as long as you can, whilst knowing that if she does have a fall, you are notified immediately, time matters.

It is well worth paying the extra £2 per month for fall detection

The watch is stylish, she doesn’t even know she has it on. It’s easy to charge as well, with a magnetic fixing which is super easy to attach, especially for elderly people with arthritis it’s very easy to do.

4 stars. Why ? The experience has been good, good interaction with staff and a very prompt responce when I pressed button too long by mistake. Wearing the product gives my wife and daughter some confidence of me being able to summon help quickly away from home after having an incident requiring emergancy response. One star deducted in that the reading for systolic is too far adrift from armband readings to be accurate even accepting a wrist device will always have some inaccuracies. Generally a good product and service
