Answering straight away. Only one problem the watch sets off on its own

Purchase process and pre information were excellent. A very good idea that gives my wife peace of mind.

Swift delivery, easy to understand information and and layout, excellent response to any unusual bang or bump. Also looks like a standard watch, none of the white and red emergency buttons. Ony down side is that it is not waterprof.

Customer service is brilliant very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery. My mum finds it lightweight and easy to use giving her confidence to be mobile with help at hand immediately.

It's a brilliant product because you don't need a landline and it works outside .I used to carry a mobile phone but was always putting it down it's much better wearing it .I don't use the fall button all the time I chose to manually press the button so it does not go off by mistake .the staff have been so helpful .the only negative is I am worried about wearing it in wet weather

Excellent customer care, before and after purchase. I phoned before I ordered with some queries, the phone was answered promptly and the person I
spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Watch comfortable to wear and easy to use, I particularly like the inactivity notification which I couldn't seem to find on other personal alarm systems. Very competitively priced as well.

Lovely looking watch, smart and comfortable. Provides reassurance that support and assistance are available if a fall occurs when alone. Very happy with the service provided to date.

I hope will be never used. But you are there if I do

Helpful and polite

Spoke to a polite and helpful person when I placed the order. Love the look of the watch(that it looks just like wearing a smart watch) and the simplicity, plus the fact that it's delivered ready to wear, without complications of how to set it up!
Only very slight negative point, is even though 'fall alert in on low' tends to still set alarm, plus battery needs regular charging. It's a shame that it's not shower proof but do understand why. These are minor problems and overall I am very happy and satisfied with the watch.

I love the feeling of safety when I am out and about. Not having to worry whether anyone would be there for you
Would recommend it 100%

The system was too sensitive at times.
eg. Sounding when I was sitting and taking it off so I could go for a bath.

Did not go off at all when I fell in the kitchen

Excellent service, reassurance knowing that help is at hand if needed.

Ultra quick service. I had barely completed my application when both my daughter and my son telephoned me to say that they had been notified that they would be contacted if I needed help. The watch arrived the following morning and works perfectly. The watch sometimes activates if I knock something, but the alert is easily cancelled.

The Staff are very helpful a patient and the wristwatch works very well.,and helps me to feel quite confident
when out and about.

Brilliant product which gives my Mum independence and superb customer service. Value for money as well. I can thoroughly recommend this company and product
