YourStride Arvostelua

very pleased with both the watch and customer service i now feel more secure knowing that someone is on hand should i have a fall or mishap and at my age that is very reasuring so thank you your stride for always being there if needed

Found all staff extremely helpful

The whole process of purchase and set up went verysmoothly.

Fantastic service - would highly recommend. Has been a literal life saver for my elderly mother who still wants to live independently but is increasingly wobbly. It’s great to know there is someone there to help in an emergency. Really can’t recommend enough!

I am very old and not techie smart so really appreciated the rapid, detailed response I received from Customer Service, clearly explaining the functions I found confusing.

Excellent, gives you a sense of security

I have been contacted and treated with courtesy. They have asked my opinion about things. I feel old now I wear it but friends say it is a good idea. Wish it wasn't quite so bulky and the battery lasted longer.

It’s comfortable, stylish, easy to charge and also it’s peace of mind for my family

The process of buying my watch was very easy and it has given me and my family peace of mind,as l live on my own. When l first got it it was going off a lot so l rang up and they changed the settings. Everything about the process was easy and the people l spoke to were very good.

Love wearing my watch. I feel much safer whilst on my own or outside.

I feel safer having the alarm watch to use in an emergency but I don't like the appearance. It is too bulky looking to wear on an evening out

Very pleased with my watch it responds immediately if I fall. You feel secure wherever you are. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is prone to falling.

prompt polite and helpful service
Unit arrived as promised
Easy to use and comfortable to wear

I’m very happy with my Stride, I feel confident wearing it, gives my family peace of mind that if I do fall they would be contacted.

all exceptionally good - product, service and support.

Not had the need to use at the moment but feel that we have peace of mind knowing that Mum is wearing it for added safety

The whole procedure went very smoothly and with speed. all my questions were answered and the watch arrived the next day. my only criticism is that the fall detection is very sensitive, though really that is good but I now can't shake my washing as it leave the washer as it detects that I have fallen!

I have done one previously

The product was 1st class, in so much it was easy to use all aspects of the programmes. Equally, the response from the monitoring staff was both professional and very helpful and a credit to the company.
