This watch certainly came into its own…

This watch certainly came into its own last month. I fell over heavily on the driveway. My husband was at a loss to know what to do. The YourStride watch was triggered by my fall and the central hub asked me, via the watch, whether I was ok and whether I needed an ambulance. I felt I did as I couldn’t move. The ambulance came within 10 minutes!! Thank you YourStride.

Excellent delivery and service

Excellent delivery and service. Good Price and good ongoing monthly service charge.
When I have made an error and invoked a couple of false calls the staff at the monitoring centre are always polite and caring, they do not appear put out that I have made a false call
The equipment is good and the wrist strap comfortable.

Very good indeed.

Very good indeed.
Excellent customer service.
Response time for a test call (or fall) is impressive.
The watch is so useful too. With a step counting feature.

Very happy

Customer service when I first phoned them were friendly, informative and efficient. The watch arrived quickly all ready to go. It was easy to input my contacts' details after setting up my online account.

The watch battery lasts from 2 to 3 days before I have to recharge it and it charges quickly.

I am very pleased with Your Stride.
