double booked, still waiting for refund and compensation
Booked a rental for 1 night on booking.com and it was double booked, someone was already there when we arrived. Called the company and they gave me the owners number who was completely useless and basically said it wasnt his problem because on his site there was only one booking which was not ours, we had to get a hotel that wad almost double the price so I am still waiting on a refund for the original rental and compensation for our hotel and travel as we had to get taxis to the property and then back after we found out it had been double booked, caused an unreal amount of stress, and especially travelling with two disabled people and almost missing the reason we needed the rental in the first place!!

PLEASE AVOID
They kept the property on booking.com and Air B&B after I booked it and dramatically increased the price. After a few weeks I see that they cancelled my reservation saying it is no longer available (I assume that means that they found another customer who paid more, but I cannot confirm that). This has meant that prices has increased on other accommodation and has caused me to lose money. I had to send them 5 emails about this matter (and booking.com called them) before they responded and then a week later decided to cancel. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am sorry to hear about your experience Will. Sometimes, very rarely our clients properties end up with the wrong price on the sales channels. I believe that was what happened in your case which explains that you later found the listing at a higher price. Unfortunately these things happen and it is up to our clients to then honour or cancel the booking.

The biggest disappointment ever
The biggest disappointment ever! After 2 weeks of the onboarding process, calls and other discussions we went online. We received almost immediately reservation from Airbnb. The problem was that the guest was not charged a cleaning fee and service fee. So we talked to YR and asked for an explanation. For a huge surprise, we were told that because we already had properties in Airbnb and we ''only'' synchronized the calendar with YR, we must manage the Airbnb by ourselves and YR will manage the other channels. ...and on the other channels is YR as a host! This is not legally true because they do not have a contract with owners but us. Within the 2 onboarding weeks, nobody ever said to us about this. So we did not even start and we already disconnected from YR and are not suggesting cooperating with them. Lost of time.

Il mio "problema" è stato risolto, dopo aver atteso per lunghe ore il collegamento con il personale addetto (l'agente disponibile, dalla richiesta inoltrata alle16.03,ai é reso tale solo il giorno dopo alle 7.17).
Non appena stabilito il collegamento, il tutto è stato risolto in tempi celeri, con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità.

Der Check in dauerte 2 Stunden, danach hatte man ein Studio gefunden. Am Empfang kein Wort englisch.
Das Studio ist alt, abgewohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Schiebetüren Kleiderschrank, der sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen lässt hatte wirklich 2 Kleiderbügel. Leider war in dem LUXUS STUDIO noch nicht einmal eine Toilettenbürste vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf einen schmutzigen Hinterhof. Die lokale Repräsentantin, Frau Lorena hat auf anrufe nicht reagiert. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp hat sie mir empfohlen ein Übersetzungsprogram zu nutzen, da sie kein englisch spricht. Auch Kontaktaufnahme mit your rentals, Frau VU brachte kein Erfolg.
Ich bin ABSOLUT enttäuscht und SEHR unzufrieden.
Bitte überlegen Sie gut, ob Sie wirklich dieses LUXUS STUDIO buchen wollen
