Bonjour j’ai loué une maison Via Dian Castello, Gazzelli, 18027, Italie qui est dans un état déplorable sale de bain inondé pour aller au toilette obligé de mettre des serviettes parterre une propreté déplorable réclamation a Abritel avec photo et vidéo demandé par eux mais aucun geste commercial je dirais même pas de retour qu’il compte sur moi pour leur faire une bonne publicité c’est inadmissible

I reached out to VRBO due to an issue with a rental; I had not stayed at the rental at all and stayed at another location where I felt safer and more comfortable. Since the owner/host was not responsive, I decided to reach out directly to VRBO before contacting my bank or a legal representative. Nerea Vu responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and within a week had resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The resolution shows that the company and its representatives are concerned with clients' experience and are willing to listen.
