I recently tried the Nasdrow drinks and honestly, I was really impressed 😍
The flavors are super well balanced and incredibly refreshing!
The mojito is crisp and refreshing, super easy to enjoy 🍃
The espresso is bold and smooth , perfect for coffee lovers ☕️
The strawberry basil is just wow , light, fruity, with a subtle herbal twist that really stands out 🍓🌿
And the margarita… a classic, but so well done. It tastes like summer in every sip 🍋✨
You can tell these drinks are thoughtfully crafted, not too sweet, just right. I would definitely buy them again 🙌

Will not order again
After receiving news that my order couldn't be completed without paying extra shipping on top of the original shipping fee, I thought being glass bottles that it would at least be packaged accordingly. The bottles arrived in thin plastic bags with some cardboard on top and bottom. Nothing in between. I ended up paying $300 for 3 bottles when I ordered 6. Also, way too many emails. I received over 30 in the week or so that I waited for my package to arrive.

Regarding the shipping costs, we want to clarify that while we aim for transparency, some remote regions are not fully covered by our primary carriers as mentioned on our website. In these specific cases, an agent will contact you with the next steps, whether you prefer a cancellation or to pay the additional fees. We apologize for any frustration this caused.
We are also deeply concerned by your report on the packaging and the missing items. Shipping glass is a delicate process, and the protection you described is certainly not our standard. Prompt delivery. One of the “new” beers I tried is Sober Carpenter “White”, it has a strong taste of Corriander which I do not like. Will skip that in the future. The SC IPA and Scottish Ale are quite palatable.

Awesome packaging to prevent breakage
They package as carefully as possible. I've been ordering from them for over a year and the only times I had a broken bottle, they reimbursed me quickly. They have the best choice selection of alcohol free wines, beers,and spirits. They have great sales so helps with the budget.

No accountability for big shipping delays
Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered March 14th with no delivery date in sight.
This company advertises fast shipping, but my order is now well beyond their stated delivery timelines with no known delivery date and no meaningful tracking updates.
Customer support is AI-driven and just sends vague, copy-paste responses with no clear explanation of when the order will actually arrive. Just repeatedly telling me to check back in a couple of days.
What really stands out (in a bad way) is receiving marketing emails asking how I’m enjoying the product and to leave a review here before it has even been delivered. That’s just frustrating and shows a lack of basic awareness in how their systems and customer experience are managed.
If you are ordering for a specific date or event, this is a complete failure.
Delays can happen, but being this far outside advertised timelines with no transparency or accountability is not acceptable. It's a shame because I like the products and was keen to give more a try.

We are truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We understand how disappointing it is to receive marketing emails for products you haven't yet been able to enjoy, and we are working to better sync our automated systems with actual delivery dates.
During the colder months, we implement a heated truck policy for all the West Coast to protect our glass bottles and liquid products from freezing and breaking during transit. While this ensures your order arrives in perfect condition, it can unfortunately cause significant scheduling delays with carriers.
The good news is that this policy has now ended, and our regular shipping timeframes have resumed. If you experience any further delays moving forward, please reach out directly to our team requesting to speak to a human at info@upsidedrinks.ca so we can provide a human, personalized update.
Additionally, to better serve the West Coast including Alberta, we are opening a brand new warehouse in BC very soon, which will drastically reduce delivery times for your region.

I would give ZERO stars if I could
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I never received the products I ordered. I asked for my money back earlier. After I ordered Upside reached out telling me about a delay with cross-border orders, however, I am certain this was known to be commonplace and should have been disclosed at the time of purchase. I’ve received no satisfaction. I’m simply going to pursue a chargeback and hope for the best. Lesson learned.
