Don’t waste your money, purchased a electra gaming desk led motion with wireless charger black for my son and absolutely gutted because the quality is absolutely rubbish, looks like its made from very cheap materials , like a cardboard and broke whilst assembling. Its not worth the price tag.

Purchased the XL Living Maisie 5.1 ottoman tv bed from Littlewoods. Set up was easy and was fairly happy with my purchase. The quality of the bed does not match the £1200 price tag though.
We had had the bed for 14 days and then the remote started to work intermittently. Then it stopped working altogether. I replaced the batteries 3 times in 12 hours and what it seems to be doing is draining the power from the batteries even when the remote is not being used. The remote is used to make the tv go up/down from the foot end of the bed and it also controls the surround sound system. The bed is basically useless without a working remote.
I contacted X Rocker customer services on their online chatbot, as the phone number provided does not work, to find out if I could get a replacement remote. A ticket was raised (186803) and I received an email to say they would respond in 5 working days. I received no response. I contacted Littlewoods and they also emailed them. 3 weeks later and Littlewoods also had no response. During the 3 weeks I contacted X Rocker customer services 2 more times and both times got an email saying I would receive a response in 5 days. To this day I've still had no response from them regarding a replacement remote. I don't even know if a replacement remote is something they can provide.
I've had the bed 6 weeks and it hasn't worked for 4 of those weeks. I'm still paying for an item that doesn't do the function I bought it for.
Conclusion....Avoid purchasing anything associated with X Rocker as the customer service does not exist. The telephone number does not work, online chatbot is a pre-programmed app that doesn't put you through to a real person and the emails with ticket numbers on are not responded too.

***Edit - Only after leaving the above review on Trustpilot X Rocker finally contacted me aprox 48 hours later. They did send a replacement remote, which I received. I connected it to the bed/tv only to find that the mute button on it does not work. So I now have another non working remote for a £1200 item! I have, again, contacted customer services via email and 5 days later have still not received a response. Ive now had the bed for nearly 8 weeks and not been able to use it for nearly 6 of those. I will NEVER buy any product from this company ever again.

The item I received was good quality but I mistakenly ordered the junior gaming chair. Delivery was great but I’m still trying to have the item picked up for return & get a refund. They initially acknowledged this request but I’m still waiting to hear from them & that was 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed & will not be purchasing from this company again.

Update (11th June) ….. I received a call from Gareth a few hours after I left my review. To say I didn’t respond to your emails is a lie, you never sent me any emails to resolve the 2 queries I sent to you via email.
Gareth has been intouch & is hopefully going to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Very hard to get in contact with this company. There's no online chat or phone number. You have to fill in a support form and then wait... and wait... I've been trying to return an item, two weeks in, not a word.

In reply to XRocker. The only reply I received was a ticket number saying someone would be in touch. They haven’t been. In response to my review, you’ve sent me another ticket number. So still no reply from an actual human telling me how to return my item.

Great bed what a mattress

Great product…….. but customer service is a complete joke. As long as you don’t need to contact the company for any reason you’re fine.

Spent over £600 at Christmas ran into issues. Didn’t get any help at all. Don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, don’t respond to messaging them through Facebook etc. 6 months later and I have yet to receive one single response. I have tried to contact them over ten times.

So you only respond when a review is left? Just goes to prove how bad the customer service is. I’m not the only one this is happening too. Clearly there is a bigger issue that needs to be addressed. I have email, called, messaged through Facebook. Even left comments on Facebook and I’ve not had a single answer. But leave a review and you say you have reached out. All you have done is raise a ticket for someone to get back to me in 5 days. Do you know how many times I have been told this. No one will get back to me within 5 days. It’s been 6 months……. And still no response.

Ordered a gaming desk, unfortunately there was some damage and the LED's didn't function. I submitted a support ticket on 14/05/26. They state in the automated email that their response times are up to 5 working days. I waited until 24/05/26 and still no response, so submitted a further request for a refund. To this day there has been no response to either tickets, now I have a faulty table that I don't want, very disappointed.
