Great support response
Raised a support call for some replacement bed slats and excellent response. They are sending out a few spare free of charge. Otherwise bed and two units we have are excellent - highly rated

Be aware you are charged for returns
Make sure what you are buying is exactly right. I bought a desk for our grandson. Unfortunately it was to big to fit the space he had. I was charged £25 to return it which was deducted from the refund.

We're sorry to hear that the desk wasn't quite right for your grandson's space. We appreciate that it's difficult to be certain of the fit until the item is in place.
As the desk was returned because it was no longer suitable rather than due to a fault, the £25 collection fee was deducted from the refund in line with our returns policy. We do our best to make these charges clear before purchase and throughout the returns process, likewise, our website is fully furnished with dimension information for each product we sell.

Customer service times are abysmal. 10 days to hear a reply.
I just wanted to know two things. Do they have spare parts and how much are they. After going backwards and forwards over the span of 5 weeks, asking for proof of purchase and warranty etc.( my chair being over a year old is out of warranty) I was told in the end that there is no way to purchase spare parts. I was told they are currently “looking in to it”.
After operating for 20 years, you would expect them to sell spares at this point.
I’ll be going to secret labs for my next chair.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, I have emailed many times. Got one response off Gareth and then back to being ignored. I am trying to get my sons faulty led light in his bed sorted but they couldn't careless

Decent bed for a teenager
Hi, we had a few issues, 1 with the matress and one with the bed gas struts.
However the matress issue was resolved quickly and they are sending out new gas struts as others did not work properly for the ottoman bed lift .
The bed itself is great and our child loves.

Great company good choice of products.. delivery company let's them down
I'm only given 4 stars due to delivery issues. I ordered a ottoman bed very heavy parcel, should have been a 2 man job, but was only 1 delivery guy who left my parcel in entry way of the flat. I went out to ask him to help me upstairs as I live on my own with my kids and couldn't lift the 2 heavy parcels he refused said he was behind on deliveries. Anyway that was the bad side on a plus I love the X rocker products so does my son he has the whole collection of drawers tv unit bed etc in his room he loves that they all light up. It's a shame that the delivery company was so bad as that reflects on your experience. The company itself are great custom service was fantastic they responded straight back to me when I contacted them. I hope they manage to get through to the delivery company about these issues. If it wasn't for this would have been 5 star.

The bed itself is good quality, but....
The bed itself is good quality. However we had a few significant issues people should be aware of.
The small double is advertised as being suitable for a 43" screen. The bracket will only take an m6 bolt not an m8 so isnt suitable for 43". We had to buy m8 to m6 reducers for the tv as a result! Not good enough.
We ordered a bundle with a mattress. The mattress didnt arrive so put a damper on my sons birthday. 2 days after raising support ticket I had to phone for an update yo be told the mattress is delivered separately by another company... I was then told it might take the other company 'a few days to find it' almost as if it wss my fault. We got another one separately delivered within a day via a third party, and im still awaiting my refund.
Great bed, but poor otherwise. The bed as a general item is the only thing saving this from a 1 star

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you had a negative experience with us. It is not something we strive for and we hold our couriers and supplying partners accountable when we receive feedback like this.
The small double is advertised as suitable for a 43" screen, which is correct, the Vesa mount bolts for the majority of 43" TV's are equipped with M6 fixings, which is why this size was chosen. as you have mentioned, should the TV be one of the few that use M8, a reducer can be used to affix this to the tv bracket. Nevertheless, we will be reviewing this in line with new TV trends to ensure that this remains correct.
We apologise for the delay in the shipment of your mattress and will be reviewing this with our courier as a feedback point. Regarding the refund for this, i can see this was processed correctly. However, as per normal refund process, this will take 5-7 working days from the point of refund for this to process fully.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could! Bed arrived damaged and couldn’t get in contact with the company they finally sent replacement parts 2 months later after we had to pay someone else to fix my son’s new bed as he was so upset! No apologies they said we could have a partial refund this also did not happen so now we are out of pocket! Terrible customer service would never use this company again
