When placing our order we were notified that the unit we ordered was still waiting to come in to stock and we pre ordered and sure enough we were notified the unit was now I stock In the time scale we were told and delivered efficiently and was of good quality for the price we paid delivery people were friendly would use this company again

Would never buy from this company again.I purchased a radiator cover and it was clearly an item that had been returned to them and was scratched , broken and bits missing. The quality of it was appalling. No wonder someone else returned it. I rung company and they said they would replace it but I refused. It was awful if it wasn’t damaged. Company said they would collect it and refund me . 10 days later this is still boxed up awaiting collection from them. You can no longer contact them by phone and their contact link bounces back. I am now going to have to go down the legal route to obtain a refund. Dreadful company to deal with

Delivery was dubious but that is most likely the courier and not Big Furniture Warehouse themselves and when asked for help they did. I would use this company again.

Good quality product? Delivered on time. Delighted

Delayed delivery. Lack of contact about the delivery, had to continually follow up. When the delivery came, there was no prior notice of the time or date but thankfully I was home.

It’s perfect for its size, not too clunky not too light. Delivery on time, a little bit rough on some of the edges but it was easy enough to sort them out. Plenty of storage with the drawer and lower shelf.

Had a issue with a order had only had half of the order email Katie sorted it all said that I can wait for a few week to get the full order or have a full refund then only got a half refund email Katie she got onto it straight away a now my full refund is on its way thanks to Katie all sorted I have give this company 5 star no doubt I will do business in the future with them

When you phone up to ask about two the replacement of the broken draw handles for the which are from the bedroom chest of drawers I ordered from them and all I got was lied they said we are sending them has we speak two weeks later NO handles.I phoned again still no handles , I don't recommend this company to any one.
