Amazing wardrobe
The quality is absolutely incredible, the wardrobe looks the part. The only downside is we had a nightmare getting it together as the screw holes are not pre drilled so my son literally had to use sheer force to get them in. Took hours to put it together. For the price of this you should have done that

Needed help. Great service received
Had to contact x rocker over needing some spare parts and what a fast service I received as I got a email within 5 mins and they were very quick to deal with the issues I am facing at this time. I wholly recommend the contact team and special shouts out to Britney, Sophie and Gareth' for such a friendly quick service that I have received today.Customer service means everything in s good business and this company gets it 100% right.

I spoken to Gareth as I received the…
I spoken to Gareth as I received the wrong bed. Gareth apologised and got this sorted ASAP and explained step by steps and kept me updated.
I also spoken to Sophie very polite and both have good customer service skills.
The bed I got was the cosmos led light ottoman single bed which is absolutely beautiful and easy to set up.

Had 2 beds from xrocker on seperate occasions. One single one double. Bed in a box absolutely great quality. Both beds look fantastic. Easy to follow instructions and to put together. Everything labelled so you cant go wrong. Customer service is great, always kept me updated. Delivered on time and carried it into the house no problem. Both times ordering i had zero issues at all. Would 100% recommend.
